The front desk staff were very efficient and proactively provided an extra key card for electricity, which meant my devices could charge even when I was out of the room. The room was very clean, and the soundproofing seemed good too, allowing me to sleep comfortably at night. The hotel also has a gym with decent equipment, enough for a basic daily workout. I would consider staying here again if I return to the area.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Crowne Plaza Xiamen Jimei Seaview. The hotel is modern, beautifully designed and very comfortable, with lovely sea views and excellent facilities.
Our room was fantastic, and we were very grateful for the generous upgrade. The hotel also prepared a lovely anniversary surprise for us, which was a genuinely thoughtful touch. We particularly enjoyed the evening turndown service, something we do not encounter very often and which added a nice five-star touch to the stay.
The dinner buffet was another highlight. We were impressed by both the quality and variety of the food.
The 22nd-floor Executive Lounge also deserves a special mention. It is a beautiful space with wonderful views and a very relaxing atmosphere. We took quite a few photos because we enjoyed the setting so much, and it is definitely somewhere we would recommend other guests experience.
Most importantly, we would like to specifically recognise Merry. She was exceptional throughout our stay — warm, professional, patient and genuinely attentive. From helping with our room arrangements to checking on us throughout the stay, we always felt that she sincerely cared about our experience. Service like this makes a significant difference and is one of the main things we will remember about this hotel.
The only area that fell short for us was the Level 5 swimming pool and health club. During our stay, the pool was extremely crowded due to external swimming activities, which unfortunately made it difficult for us to use. This was particularly disappointing as the swimming pool, gym and sauna were among the reasons we specifically chose this hotel for a stay during several rainy days.
However, after we shared our experience with the hotel, our feedback was received with genuine concern and handled extremely professionally. We appreciated that very much and hope management can improve this aspect, because the quality of the leisure facilities should match the otherwise excellent standard of the hotel.
Overall, despite this one area for improvement, we leave with very positive memories of our stay. The modern rooms, sea views, excellent food, beautiful Executive Lounge and, above all, the outstanding hospitality we received made this a hotel we would happily consider returning to.

GGuest UserInitially, I thought it was just an average hotel, nothing spectacular. However, the service truly stood out and made me feel right at home. Check-in was fast and efficient. When they heard we were tourists, they proactively offered recommendations for nearby attractions. After completing the check-in process, the front desk manager personally escorted us to the guest room elevators, which made us feel incredibly welcome. Upon entering the room, there was a plate of welcome fruit on the table. Taking a bite, it was sweet to the taste and warmed my heart.
When I requested a few extra bottles of water, a robot promptly delivered them. Throughout the hallways, lobby, and restaurant, the staff consistently greeted us with smiles. Before check-out, Ms. He at the front desk kindly asked if our stay was satisfactory and offered us several bottles of mineral water, suggesting we take them for our journey due to the hot weather. You could truly feel their genuine care.
From check-in to check-out, I consistently experienced the warmth of the staff. Although I hadn't heard of this hotel before, after staying here, I genuinely felt that staying at a Junlan Hotel gives you a wonderful sense of home!

GGuest UserThis is a very good hotel. It is right next to the shopping mall, so restaurants and coffee shops are everywhere. We really appreciated the friendly front desk staff getting us an upgraded room. It is spacious, cleaned, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we need. We love their long and cleaned pool. It’s perfect for lap swimmers. Definitely we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel service was excellent, always responsive to our needs and going above and beyond to satisfy guests. No matter the time, they were always quick to assist. The service even started before we arrived on the island; hotel staff contacted us days in advance to confirm our needs during our stay, reminded us about the ferry tickets required for the island, and even helped us book them. After adding the concierge on WeChat, they sent us information about hotel and island activities, and could assist with advance bookings and ticket reservations. Upon arrival, the concierge met us at the pier and helped with our luggage. Any questions we had during our stay were answered instantly via WeChat. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir and helped transport our luggage back to the pier. Considering we had a lot of luggage, a staff member specifically accompanied us on the ferry, helping with our bags the entire way. The whole stay felt very warm and reassuring; it’s a hotel full of human touch. The hotel environment is very quiet, with an ecological park next to it. Walking through the park leads to the beach, and the coastline is beautiful and great for walks. A truly excellent stay!

The public amenities are comprehensive; after exploring Wuyi Mountain, it was great to relax in the gym or do laundry and drying, which made the trip much more convenient. Her reception of guests was warm and thorough, and her demeanor was gentle and friendly. I had several questions that needed answering, and she didn't just brush them off; instead, she explained each one in detail and even proactively offered thoughtful reminders about various considerations. She handled tasks in an organized and swift manner, resolving issues without guests needing to constantly follow up. She treated every guest equally, maintaining a patient and kind service attitude at all times. Her service was both professional and empathetic. It's rare to find such an outstanding and thoughtful staff member; I truly felt her dedication. Highly recommended, full marks!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location isn't ideal; you'll need to take a taxi to get anywhere. However, it's right across from the Jinjiang River and next to Xunpu Village. Since taxis are convenient and affordable, this isn't a major issue.
During holidays, it's very crowded, and we had to wait until past 1 PM for our room. Those traveling with seniors and children should be prepared. You can store your luggage and go out to explore first.
I stayed here two years ago, and the service and facilities were excellent. The executive lounge offered freshly made cocktails, and the beef noodles were delicious. The breakfast even had grouper porridge. To my surprise, this time, the breakfast was quite disappointing. The grouper porridge was replaced with Mianxian paste, and they said they adjust the menu regularly. Why not adjust the steamed dim sum? The meatballs at the noodle station were subpar. The vegetable dishes were mediocre, and the fried noodles were unappetizing; you couldn't even pick them up with tongs. Only the pastries and bread maintained their quality. The main reason I used to stay at InterContinental Hotels QUANZHOU by IHG—the grouper porridge—is now gone. I might consider other hotels with better locations and prices in the future.

WWeiraysBefore we even checked in, the front desk called to confirm our details. They also noticed our request for children's amenities and had them placed in the room beforehand. When we arrived, a greeter met us at the car to help with our luggage and take it to the front desk. While checking in, my child was crying, and the front desk staff kindly offered a small toy to appease them. After check-in, they guided us and even helped bring our luggage to the room. They have bed rails! It's very child-friendly. The room was spacious, and the facilities weren't outdated. The service was excellent! We stayed for four nights, and since it was Mid-Autumn Festival, they gave us mooncakes and a pudding bunny, and even folded a paper bunny for our child. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to any friends visiting Xiamen. The hotel lobby offers strollers, and there's also a free children's play area!
