Traveling with family, and everyone was very satisfied! The hotel is very family-friendly, proactively offering kids' slippers and amenity kits. The room was clean, spacious, and soundproof, so the little ones slept very soundly. The indoor constant-temperature children's water park was a highlight, and the kids had a blast. The Chinese restaurant's dishes were authentic, and the service staff were very kind. Belle at the front desk was thoughtful and attentive. From check-in to check-out, every aspect made us feel right at home. It truly delivered on both quality and service, making it a perfect stay. Highly recommended!

Bringing my family for a vacation in Xiamen, our stay here was luxurious yet incredibly cozy! ✨ • **Prime Location:** Situated in a bustling part of Xiamen, getting around was super easy. Surrounded by shopping areas and attractions, it was convenient to reach popular spots like Gulangyu Island and Xiamen University, while also meeting our family's daily shopping and dining needs. • **Impeccable Cleanliness:** Both our room and the public areas were spotless. The high-quality bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom facilities were clean and exquisite. The attention to detail really showcased German precision, making both the elderly and children feel completely at ease. • **Exceptional Service:** From the doorman's welcome to room service, the care was attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. The staff proactively looked after our family's needs, such as providing children's amenities and arranging luggage handling. We truly felt at home. • **Excellent Facilities:** The hotel boasts a luxurious pool, a fitness center, and quality restaurants. Some rooms even offer city views. It perfectly catered to both adults looking for relaxation and children wanting to play, making it ideal for a family vacation. Overall, it's a benchmark for high-end hotels in Xiamen. If you're traveling with family and seeking quality and comfort, I highly recommend it! 👍

As a long-time Ctrip user, this was my first time booking and staying at this hotel. While it's an older five-star hotel, so some of the facilities are a bit dated, the maintenance and management are excellent, especially the cleanliness of both the indoor and outdoor areas. The hotel's location is superb, just minutes away from major attractions in Quanzhou city center, and literally seconds from various parts of Quanzhou Ancient City, including plenty of dining options. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The parking attendants in the courtyard were professional and helpful, assisting self-driving guests with parking. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and thorough; they even informed me a day before arrival about directions to the hotel, parking, and upgraded my room. We received complimentary welcome fruits and evening snacks, plus a paper guide to local attractions. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, typical of a five-star hotel breakfast with local specialties. All in all, next time I bring my family to Quanzhou, this hotel is a must-stay.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right outside Jianye Road Station on Line 2. It's easy to catch a taxi to various attractions, and the Dongdu Passenger Terminal is about a 20-minute walk away. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and they arranged our two rooms next to each other. It's an older hotel, but the facilities are well-maintained, and the cleanliness is top-notch. Ye Meilan, who was in charge of cleaning our room, is a very enthusiastic and meticulous employee. It was my child's birthday during our stay, and she helped us decorate the room, replaced the batteries in the fairy lights, and even placed a small hand towel specifically on the bathroom sink. She also gave us some great recommendations for attractions in Xiamen. The afternoon tea and evening happy hour food at the executive lounge were both fresh and delicious. We had a minor issue on the first day, and Yao Jieyi, a young lady at the executive lounge, was very serious and responsible in communicating with us. The duty manager that day also responded and resolved it quickly. Later, the hotel's General Manager, Mr. Jin, also followed up, showing how much the hotel values even small issues and resolves them quickly and well. The hotel breakfast offers a rich variety, beyond the usual star-rated hotel options, including local Xiamen specialties like 'mianxian hu' (vermicelli paste). The breakfast hostess was also very professional and had an amazing memory; on our second visit, she remembered us and led us to the same table we had sat at the first day, saying it was 'our usual spot.' We received welcome fruit, a mini-bar, and free parking. Laundry sent in the morning was returned to our room by the afternoon, which was a great touch! 👍🏻 In short, all departments at the hotel have very enthusiastic and professional staff. I will definitely choose Pan Pacific Hotel again next time I visit Xiamen.

This hotel truly understands what travelers need! The lobby surprisingly has a tobacco and tea shop, which is super convenient if you want to grab some souvenirs or emergency drinks and cigarettes – no need to run around looking for them. Even more thoughtful, there's a tea station, and the duty manager, Xiao Huang, served me a wonderfully fragrant jasmine tea. The staff are all incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose this place for my next trip!

This hotel is located by the Jiulong River, directly across from Zhangzhou Old Town. It offers the charm of the old city while providing a peaceful escape from the crowds. From the moment we arrived, we felt the staff's genuine care. The porter brought all our luggage to our room, and Zhang Jingyi at the front desk thoughtfully upgraded our room and gave us a detailed overview of the hotel's facilities. The hotel breakfast, in particular, felt just like home. Cai Chunhua from the Chinese restaurant enthusiastically introduced local delicacies like Shima Wuxiangjuan and Liuao sweet potatoes, patiently bringing each dish to our table. Guests not only get to savor unique local flavors but also learn about the food, making for a truly rewarding experience.

We chose Pullman initially because it's very close to Quanzhou South Station, just a fifteen-minute drive away. Plus, it's about a 30-minute drive from the hotel to Luojia Temple and Shili Golden Coast, which are right next to each other, offering magnificent scenery and well worth a visit. The hotel's hardware and decor are quite good, very new, and the price offers good value for money. My biggest fear when staying at a hotel is being disturbed at night and not getting enough sleep, and unfortunately, that's exactly what happened. From around midnight on the eighth day of the ***** New Year, locals started setting off fireworks and firecrackers, and it continued until well past 1:30 AM on the ninth. I was lying in bed, unable to sleep due to the continuous noise. Later, I heard it was a local custom to celebrate the birthday of the Jade Emperor. We also requested a high floor when checking in, precisely to avoid noise from upstairs guests. Even though we were on the 21st floor in a loft-style room with high ceilings, we could still hear the thudding vibrations from guests walking heavily upstairs and the grating noise of chairs and tables being dragged. I'd suggest the hotel consider installing carpets in the rooms to cushion and reduce floor noise. Additionally, you have to stand in the bathtub to shower, and there's no handheld showerhead. The breakfast selection is varied and tasty, and it wasn't crowded, so we didn't have the issue of not finding a seat like at other hotels.

The hotel service was pretty good. The room had large windows, so it was nice and bright, and the night light was a cool ambient light, which I liked. The local snacks around the hotel were also decent. Overall, this hotel in Fuzhou met my expectations for my trip. Plus, they gave me a fridge magnet when I checked out, which was a nice touch!

For my Quanzhou trip, I chose the InterContinental Taihe, initially drawn by its convenient location, close to all the main attractions. I booked an Executive Suite, which included Executive Lounge access. The room offered simultaneous views of the Ferris wheel and Jinjiang Bridge – you could watch the tide come and go during the day, and the nighttime views were even more stunning. Right next door was the Maritime Silk Road Xunfeng Night Market, bustling with local life. From check-in onwards, the staff's service was exceptional, especially Ms. Xiao Mao. Her service was consistently attentive and responsive to every request. The room key card was also very unique and made for a nice souvenir. The breakfast is highly recommended; it featured almost every type of Quanzhou snack, allowing you to savor global delicacies without leaving the hotel. Western dishes, fruits, and regular breakfast items were also plentiful. It truly lives up to its reputation as a 'World City of Gastronomy,' and I can understand why international visitors also choose to stay here.

My husband stayed here a few years ago and highly recommended it, so we finally brought the whole family this year. Wuyi Villa is perfect for kids; they could easily spend an entire day just playing around the resort. We didn't even get a chance to visit the actual kids' playground, though it looked pretty good from the outside. Breakfast was also great, and they upgraded our four rooms and put them all together, which was really thoughtful. I'd definitely come back to Wuyi Mountain if I get the chance.

GGuest UserBooked too late, so all the hotels in the city center couldn't accommodate my booking requirements. I had no choice but to opt for Shoukia Junlan Hotel. The hotel's location is indeed a bit out of the way, but it's right by a subway station, which is convenient for those without a car. The subway goes directly to the Sanqixiang Scenic Area. Since I arrived quite late on the day of check-in, I had dinner directly at the ground floor restaurant. The hotel's Chinese food was quite good and the portions were generous. We ate until past 9 PM, and the staff were still very polite and didn't complain. Also, Auntie Zhu Yuanyuan, our room attendant on the tenth floor, was incredibly warm and polite, always ready to help with anything we needed. She promptly arranged anything we requested. Highly recommend!

JjennifererererFirst off, the hotel's location is absolutely superb. It's right next to Sangu Street, and the back exit leads directly to the Chongyang Stream promenade. Step out the front door, and you're spoiled for choice with numerous restaurants. The famous taro cake shop is also tucked away in an alley nearby. Getting to both the North and South entrances of Wuyi Mountain is easy – basically, it's convenient for everything. The hotel has been open for five years, and the facilities are remarkably well-maintained. The moment you walk in, it still feels impressive. The bathroom and shower in the room were clean, and I appreciated the thoughtful addition of a dressing table. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the service. What stood out most were the buggy drivers. Since the hotel requires buggy transfers internally, you encounter different drivers. Some drivers will tell you all about Wuyi Mountain's tea varieties, others will introduce you to the diverse array of small animals on the property. One driver, knowing we were headed to Sangu Street, even went out of his way to drop us off at the furthest South Gate and gave us detailed instructions on how to call a car back – incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming. The hotel's guest services department proactively asked if we needed assistance and promptly helped resolve any issues. All in all, I was very satisfied with this stay and will definitely choose Chunbo again on my next trip to Wuyi Mountain.

GGuest UserThis is hands down the best hot spring hotel I've stayed at all year! The hot spring water is so smooth, my skin felt amazing after a soak! ✅ Super attentive service: They were incredibly responsive to every request. ✅ Incredibly photogenic: The hotel has such a great design; every corner is a photo opportunity. Definitely the perfect choice to escape the city hustle and bustle and recharge. Go for it!

GGuest UserI specifically chose this hotel because of its location. Gulangyu Island is right across the street, so you can enjoy the view and watch the sunset from your room. It's also within walking distance of Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street and a short taxi ride to Nanputuo Temple and the Botanical Garden, which is very convenient. The hotel breakfast was decent. The Chinese restaurant on the third floor is quite good. The housekeeping staff made an effort to fold a small animal out of towels every day and place it in the room, which was a nice touch.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at Marco Polo Xiamen. The overall experience exceeded expectations, with excellent service and well-maintained facilities throughout the property. A special highlight was the Club Lounge access. It truly elevated the stay, offering a comfortable environment, great food and beverage selections, and a more exclusive, relaxed atmosphere compared to the main areas of the hotel. It’s definitely worth opting for if you want a more premium experience. I would also like to give special recognition to Betty, who provided exceptional service during my stay. She was attentive, warm, and genuinely went out of her way to ensure everything was taken care of. Her professionalism and friendliness made a noticeable difference and added a personal touch to the experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for both leisure and business travelers. Looking forward to staying here again.

AAprilblossomsGreat hotel with exceptional services. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. During our stay, we received remarkable services from the hotel staff beginning with the young Bellboy who greeted us on the day we arrived and thereafter. The front desk staff are friendly and professional; check-in was quick and easy, and especially Charis, who had patiently answered many questions that we had for Xiamen. We appreciated Lia, who helped us to get taxi by using her own phone with the local DiDi program and makes sure the taxi driver knows our destination. We also appreciated Alice from the dining room, who to cut and packed the fruits we brought from the market on the day we checked out. Last but not least was cleaned daily. We felt great when we saw a note from the housekeeper and found towels folded 🐘 on our bed one day and a swan on the next day.
