Had a fantastic stay! The location is super convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of places to eat, drink, and shop nearby. The room was spotless, spacious, and didn't feel cramped at all. The bedding was really comfortable, and the soundproofing was great – it was very quiet. The front desk staff were lovely and very responsive to any requests, paying attention to all the little details. Overall, it's excellent value for money. I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Fuzhou!

The room was small but exquisitely designed. The outdoor hot spring area and pools were incredibly photogenic! The water jets also created a fantastic 'wave' effect. My only suggestion is that the outdoor lights at night need to stay on for several times longer than they currently do; that definitely needs adjusting! The hotel restaurant's food was also excellent. I hope they continue to maintain their high standards. It's a hot spring hotel worth recommending!

This is a very good hotel. It is right next to the shopping mall, so restaurants and coffee shops are everywhere. We really appreciated the friendly front desk staff getting us an upgraded room. It is spacious, cleaned, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we need. We love their long and cleaned pool. It’s perfect for lap swimmers. Definitely we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

The hotel service was excellent, always responsive to our needs and going above and beyond to satisfy guests. No matter the time, they were always quick to assist. The service even started before we arrived on the island; hotel staff contacted us days in advance to confirm our needs during our stay, reminded us about the ferry tickets required for the island, and even helped us book them. After adding the concierge on WeChat, they sent us information about hotel and island activities, and could assist with advance bookings and ticket reservations. Upon arrival, the concierge met us at the pier and helped with our luggage. Any questions we had during our stay were answered instantly via WeChat. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir and helped transport our luggage back to the pier. Considering we had a lot of luggage, a staff member specifically accompanied us on the ferry, helping with our bags the entire way. The whole stay felt very warm and reassuring; it’s a hotel full of human touch. The hotel environment is very quiet, with an ecological park next to it. Walking through the park leads to the beach, and the coastline is beautiful and great for walks. A truly excellent stay!

The room was very spacious, clean, and odorless, and the air conditioning was quiet, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. The breakfast was also rich and satisfying! I'll definitely choose Baina Hotel again if I come back to Wuyishan.

After a lot of research, I decided to try out a villa room for one night. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The villa was incredibly quiet, with only an occasional plane flying overhead. The shuttle service was also very good, and the bedding was excellent. The breakfast, however, was indeed mediocre. And because it was so quiet, it felt a bit boring and lonely; personally, I prefer some white noise. However, the service wasn't quite as warm as I'd hoped. All in all, it was worth the 1499 price tag.

This is hands down the best hot spring hotel I've stayed at all year! I regret not coming sooner! ✅ Private hot spring perfection: The room comes with its own hot spring tub, so you can soak whenever you want with ultimate privacy. The hot spring water is so smooth, my skin felt amazing after a soak! ✅ Super attentive service: They were incredibly responsive to every request. ✅ Incredibly photogenic: The hotel has such a great design; every corner is a photo opportunity. Definitely the perfect choice to escape the city hustle and bustle and recharge. Go for it!

Since I was visiting Gulangyu the next day, I decided to stay here for a night to avoid the morning traffic, and overall, it was a great experience. The room was spacious and offered a direct view of Gulangyu. It even came with a microwave, which is something other hotels usually don't provide, and I found that very convenient, even though I didn't use it. If I had to suggest any improvements, it would be that the hotel entrance had a very strong fragrance. Also, my child's clothes got stained from food, and the hotel didn't have a laundry room. They did provide some soap later, but I'd suggest they keep some small sachets of laundry detergent on hand.

When planning our trip to Quanzhou, I debated between a guesthouse in the old city and a brand-name hotel. Ultimately, I felt a star-rated hotel would be more reliable and suitable for traveling with a child. It turned out to be a wise choice! Although this Crowne Plaza Riverside is about a 5km drive from the old city, getting around by taxi is incredibly convenient. Facilities: During our three-day, two-night stay in Quanzhou, we primarily explored the old city. On the rainy day, we took our child to the hotel pool, enjoyed the 'stargazing' afternoon tea in the lobby, and had dinner at Cai Feng Lou. We basically experienced all the hotel's facilities. The swimming pool was very clean, and the food was delicious, though a bit pricey with the added service charge and 6% tax points. Room: The toiletries were Antipodes, and I loved the scent! The bed had a semi-enclosed headboard, meaning we couldn't push beds together (a unique need for families with kids). Most importantly, the water and electricity were excellent! It definitely surpassed any guesthouse. Service: We received a small gift upon arrival, and the hotel's account manager, One Xu, even waived the first round of the mini-bar. 🙏

The overall ambiance is elegant and serene, truly reflecting the rich heritage of a long-standing five-star hotel. The lobby is grand and impressive, and the guest rooms are clean and comfortable, creating a wonderful atmosphere. I had most of my meals at the 8th-floor Executive Lounge. The lounge has extensive operating hours, and the breakfast, afternoon tea, and happy hour selections were all abundant with excellent food quality. What truly stood out was the warm, attentive, and friendly service from all the lounge staff – their kindness was truly heartwarming and perfectly balanced. A special thank you to Ella, the Club Floor Manager, for her meticulous and thoughtful service. She was always attentive to guests' needs, providing a consistently comfortable and personalized experience throughout my stay, which significantly eased the fatigue of my business travels. With both excellent facilities and heartfelt service, this hotel will definitely be my top choice for future business trips to Xiamen. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Xiamen for business!
