"The room itself was very comfortable. I was initially worried about two beds being pushed together, but it was actually fine. I've already provided feedback that the pizza in the restaurant was really not good; the crust was unpleasantly dry. However, breakfast was truly abundant and delicious. On the other hand, both check-in and check-out were incredibly slow, to the point of being frustrating. I really hope they train their staff better before they start. The queueing system was also very chaotic; they really need someone circulating to observe the situation and assist the next guest promptly. The housekeeping service was excellent, and the overall hotel environment was very pleasant. The shuttle bus was very convenient, making it easy to get to the Old Street from the back entrance. The bicycles were also handy, but please fix the handlebars."

"The room was bright, clean, practical, and fully equipped. In this day and age where everyone's glued to their phones, I was pleasantly surprised to find a projector in the room. Watching shows in a dimly lit environment was great, and there were plenty of programs to choose from.
The complimentary breakfast was excellent! There was congee, five or six hot and cold side dishes, fried noodles, steamed dumplings, mini steamed buns, twisted rolls, regular steamed buns, and eggs – a good variety of nutritious and delicious options.
The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, patient, and thorough, answering all my questions.
The shuttle driver was efficient, considerate, and a fantastic driver.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely stay here again."

GGuest UserHad a fantastic stay! The location is super convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of places to eat, drink, and shop nearby. The room was spotless, spacious, and didn't feel cramped at all. The bedding was really comfortable, and the soundproofing was great – it was very quiet. The front desk staff were lovely and very responsive to any requests, paying attention to all the little details. Overall, it's excellent value for money. I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Fuzhou!

GGuest UserInitially, I thought it was just an average hotel, nothing spectacular. However, the service truly stood out and made me feel right at home. Check-in was fast and efficient. When they heard we were tourists, they proactively offered recommendations for nearby attractions. After completing the check-in process, the front desk manager personally escorted us to the guest room elevators, which made us feel incredibly welcome. Upon entering the room, there was a plate of welcome fruit on the table. Taking a bite, it was sweet to the taste and warmed my heart.
When I requested a few extra bottles of water, a robot promptly delivered them. Throughout the hallways, lobby, and restaurant, the staff consistently greeted us with smiles. Before check-out, Ms. He at the front desk kindly asked if our stay was satisfactory and offered us several bottles of mineral water, suggesting we take them for our journey due to the hot weather. You could truly feel their genuine care.
From check-in to check-out, I consistently experienced the warmth of the staff. Although I hadn't heard of this hotel before, after staying here, I genuinely felt that staying at a Junlan Hotel gives you a wonderful sense of home!

We really appreciated the friendly front desk staff getting us an upgraded room. It is spacious, cleaned, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we need. We love their long and cleaned pool. It’s perfect for lap swimmers. Definitely we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel service was excellent, always responsive to our needs and going above and beyond to satisfy guests. No matter the time, they were always quick to assist. The service even started before we arrived on the island; hotel staff contacted us days in advance to confirm our needs during our stay, reminded us about the ferry tickets required for the island, and even helped us book them. After adding the concierge on WeChat, they sent us information about hotel and island activities, and could assist with advance bookings and ticket reservations. Upon arrival, the concierge met us at the pier and helped with our luggage. Any questions we had during our stay were answered instantly via WeChat. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir and helped transport our luggage back to the pier. Considering we had a lot of luggage, a staff member specifically accompanied us on the ferry, helping with our bags the entire way. The whole stay felt very warm and reassuring; it’s a hotel full of human touch. The hotel environment is very quiet, with an ecological park next to it. Walking through the park leads to the beach, and the coastline is beautiful and great for walks. A truly excellent stay!

The front desk lady was very warm, attentive, and helpful, answering all my questions and even upgrading my room for free. The room was very spacious, clean, and odorless, and the air conditioning was quiet, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. The breakfast was also rich and satisfying! I'll definitely choose Baina Hotel again if I come back to Wuyishan.

MM5022****Our vacation ended, but we managed to travel during the off-peak season with our child. My little one absolutely loved it! The hotel is very kid-friendly. There's a dedicated children's heated splash pool that's shallow and even has a small slide. Right next to it, there's a jungle play net, and my child had so much fun they didn't want to leave. Our room was spacious and clean, and the balcony even had a large soaking tub. We'll definitely be back if we have the chance!

As soon as I opened the door, I was captivated by the night view – the city lights outside were beautiful, layer upon layer. The room facilities were in good condition, the shower had plenty of hot water, and the cleanliness was meticulous, with even the corners being spotless. The environment was quiet and peaceful. The service was also thoughtful; they helped me carry my luggage into the room. I stayed here for two nights and had a very good rest. I'll definitely choose this hotel again! 🌟

BBishenuosipaikeThe hotel boasts an excellent location, directly facing Gulangyu Island and offering panoramic views of the entire island. You can even spot warships docked in the military harbor. Step out, turn left, and it's just over 400 meters to Zhenhai Road Station on Line 1. Zhongshan Road and the Eight Cities market are also only about a ten-minute walk away.
We stayed in a 9th-floor room with a great view and a very spacious room, more than enough for a family of three. A special feature is the small kitchenette in the room, complete with an induction hob, sink, and microwave oven – a big plus! 👍
The 5th floor has a swimming pool, and the 2nd floor hosts the buffet restaurant. While there's a decent variety of food, the quality could definitely use some improvement.

XXingzoudehuahuahenhuaWhenever I visit Quanzhou, I usually stay at the Crowne Plaza Riverside, which I believe has the largest rooms in Quanzhou. InterContinental hotels generally offer good quality and highly competent staff. I particularly love the apartment suites – they come with a kitchen, living room, and a long dining table. The room layout is well-organized, and the Jinjiang River flows right outside the window. The hotel is conveniently located 15 minutes from Quanzhou Station, less than 10 minutes from Licheng Wanda, and 10 minutes from Huansu Karting (one of Quanzhou's two major outdoor karting tracks).
The hotel also offers daily intangible cultural heritage activities for children, such as puppet shows and sugar painting.
This time, we also received complimentary set meals for two daily at the Cai Feng Lou on the second floor. The ginger duck was quite authentic, and the vinegar-marinated pork was delicious. The 32nd-floor lounge has a lovely ambiance, equipped with binoculars and a reading corner, perfect for a relaxing afternoon enjoying the scenery.
Service is a highlight of InterContinental. You can see mid-level managers actively involved, and their English is excellent.
I want to especially thank our front desk attendant, Xiao Yu, for his service this time. He's a cheerful, handsome, and outgoing young man, as warm as a younger brother next door, always thoughtful and considerate of guests. My parents were also very satisfied with their dining experience at the hotel. I also ran into Xiao Cai from the concierge team. He helped us with a taxi during our stay last Chinese New Year. It's been several months, but he still recognized us. The manager and staff at Cai Feng Lou were also humble and attentive, even helping us book a private room for our next meal.
I often travel to different cities and experience various hotels. But when it comes to loyalty, I always choose InterContinental hotels. Their design style is grand yet simple, and their service is warm and friendly, making them well worth repeat visits.
