"My stay at Sofitel Foshan exceeded my expectations! The hotel's French design creates an incredible atmosphere, and the public areas are luxurious and exquisite – perfect for snapping some great photos. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept soundly. BART at the front desk provided attentive and meticulous service, responding promptly to all my requests. The overall service was professional and polite. "Enjoyed our stay, overall experience was good, but not special.
Room was nice and big and very clean. We stayed in deluxe suite in building A. No complaints for the room. There were fruits waiting in the room when we arrived, but no water bottles. I guess they were forgotten and the staff brought water quickly once we called about it.
Indoor areas look nice and well maintained overall, although the lobby was quite dark in the evening.
Outdoor areas were basically nice, but the hotel looks a bit dirty and worn from outside, and it seemed the same way for the other outdoor areas. Pool looked nice even though we didn't use it.
Service was just basic, no extra effort in anything. Everything went smooth, but didn't feel impressed by the service in any way.
Breakfast was pretty good and even we arrived quite late they still seemed to have everything there. Some dishes were not so good like bacon which was very pale and soggy, but mostly it was okay. Coffee machine could only make espresso and caffe crema, no milk in the machine.
Not a five star experience, but still good overall."

Andy qiMandarin Oriental Shenzhen truly lives up to its reputation as a service supreme hotel. Not only is it the highest Mandarin Oriental in Shenzhen, but the service throughout my stay was impeccable. I was thrilled to find out on this business trip that I was staying at the same hotel as my idol, Mr. Andy Lau! Enjoying breakfast on the soaring 78th floor felt like being in a fairyland. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, and the turndown service was as thoughtful as ever. Room service was very responsive. The welcome fruit was fresh and seasonal, and knowing my child enjoyed it, they sent another portion early the next morning. The family-friendly setup was warm and appropriate, and the kids' activities were a lot of fun. Finally, the checkout staff were very polite, escorted me all the way downstairs, and had a record of all my previous requests. I'm sorry I didn't catch their name, but I want to give them a big thumbs up here! It truly is my favorite hotel. While there are many luxury hotels, I particularly adore this one with its oriental charm. Mandarin Oriental will always be my first choice from now on! My only regret this time was that due to limited availability, I couldn't get an upgrade, and also, the welcome music was no longer ”Kangding Love Song.”

Guest UserI was incredibly fortunate to choose this Marriott hotel for my recent short trip to Shenzhen. The hotel's overall ambiance is quiet and grand, with a clean and fresh lobby. The rooms are meticulously maintained, with perfect lighting and comfortable bedding. All facilities are well-preserved, allowing me to completely unwind after a tiring day of travel.
What truly surprised me was the thoughtful care provided by the Guest Relations team. The staff member I interacted with was warm and considerate. Being unfamiliar with the local area, I asked her for directions and she provided detailed guidance on unique and authentic places to visit and eat. She also efficiently arranged for my luggage to be stored temporarily, making the communication easy and comfortable without any awkward distance.
Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes and consistent quality, and staff throughout the dining area were polite and attentive. While standardized hardware is readily available everywhere, this kind of meticulous and heartfelt service is truly rare. On my next visit to Shenzhen, I will prioritize staying here again and will gladly recommend it to friends and family traveling to the city.

The room was newly renovated, and the staff were all very welcoming, creating a great living experience. I especially want to thank Erick Lu, Mandy Li, and Cindy Long from the Executive Lounge for their attentive hospitality. The concierge also provided excellent assistance. The hotel is well-staffed, so even with a high volume of guests, they managed to serve everyone well, and service responses were very prompt. Overall, the service was meticulous and thoughtful, and the environment was comfortable and relaxing. I had a truly pleasant stay and sincerely appreciate everyone's dedication. I look forward to my next visit!

It was my birthday yesterday, and my stay at the Banyan Tree Zhuhai Phoenix Bay exceeded all expectations! The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Upon learning it was my birthday, they proactively upgraded my room for free and even surprised me with a delicate birthday cake. It was full of pleasant surprises.
The service throughout was impeccable, with attention to every detail, making it a truly unforgettable birthday. The room was comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was fantastic. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Zhuhai. Many thanks to all the staff for their thoughtful hospitality!

It's very convenient to enjoy the night view, and you can even feel the vibrations right outside. I really have to praise the staff here, they are incredibly attentive! After checking in, they added me on WeChat, and I had a dedicated 24-hour butler who could help with all sorts of things, big or small. Any room requests were usually delivered within about 10 minutes. When traveling with kids, unexpected situations often arise, so having this service really put my mind at ease.
The laundry service is also excellent; they offer wash and dry, so you don't have to do it yourself. Clothes sent in the morning were returned the same day, which is super practical for families with children!
You can get free coffee on the first floor, and the latte was very good. The hotel is an older establishment that has been renovated, so it feels very new overall. The room space is a bit on the smaller side, but it didn't affect our stay experience. The value for money is excellent. The location is truly convenient; you can walk to Zhengjia Plaza for dining, drinking, and shopping without any issues.
Overall, the stay was a great experience, and I highly recommend it for families with children!

We stayed at the Penguin Hotel with our two-and-a-half-year-old and the experience exceeded our expectations. The butler service was attentive, proactively informing us of activity times. The hallway lighting was soft, so it wasn't harsh on the eyes when walking around at night. There were plenty of power outlets in the room, making charging very convenient. The hotel shop offered a wide variety of items, with many souvenir choices. The park shuttle directions were clear, so it was hard to get lost. Housekeeping regularly patrolled public areas, and trash was promptly cleared. Staff greeted guests proactively. Check-out was quick. The blackout curtains worked very well. Overall, it's perfect for family vacations, and we'll choose it again next time we visit Chimelong.
The Penguin Hotel butler (No. 1) was very thoughtful and attentive. The staff were also happy to give balloons when asked, I was worried before that if they didn't give one, my baby would cry.
Because the baby was too young for many of the rides, she was still very happy in the 'Snow House' room. Plus, we could watch penguins from the breakfast restaurant, which made the baby super happy. A great experience!
