The room is very good. I have been here several times. Basically, I come to live in their home every time I travel. If there is any problem, I will solve it immediately. It is also very close to Fat Donglai. This time I came to the New Year's Eve. I feel very at home here. Health is also good, service is very good, responsive, facilities really can not be said. I am really satisfied with this price hotel. Last time I asked my friend to come, he also lived in this one, really feel very good, do not give praise, I feel uncomfortable. The hair dryer in the room is the best hair dryer I have ever used. I always want to buy the same one. I hope the store can push me to be satisfied. The service is good, the facilities are good, the environment is not 100 points.

The night view from the hotel window was absolutely stunning, definitely worth the room rate. However, the underground parking lot was a bit disappointing; it just didn't match the quality of the rest of the hotel. But then I checked, and apparently the hotel was built in 2006, so it's actually held up remarkably well. At least, even today, both the hotel facilities and the window view are still quite good.

As there was a long queue at Pangdonglai Supermarket, I called the hotel's customer service. This hotel near the high-speed rail station is a hidden gem! Public transport isn't the most convenient, but the free airport and high-speed rail transfers are a huge plus, and taxis are readily available. The room and bathroom on the 5th floor were massive. The door opened directly to the bed, so it would be perfect if there was a screen or wall to block it off. Breakfast was plentiful, and the portions at the Chinese restaurant were huge. The hotel itself is quite large, making it easy to get a little lost.

It was clear he genuinely loves his job, and his professionalism and attention to detail created such a relaxed and delightful, slightly tipsy moment for guests. And in the bistro, I always encountered Ma Xuyi, who had such a genuinely warm smile. Her smile wasn't just professional politeness; it came from a place of true warmth and kindness, turning every simple request into a comforting exchange. This kind of natural and thoughtful service is often the most touching and memorable. I also want to thank Manager Yingying. Her demeanor reflected a high level of professionalism and coordination skills. She handled everything meticulously and reassuringly. It's thanks to such a competent manager that the entire service team operates with such professionalism and harmony. Furthermore, the hotel's breakfast left a deep impression on me – with a rich selection and fresh, high-quality ingredients, it truly energized me for the day ahead. Ultimately, a hotel's warmth is created by its people. Thank you for your dedication; you made this stay more than just accommodation; it became a beautiful memory. Le Méridien Zhengzhou is always my first choice when I'm in the city. I already loved the design of the rooms from the pictures, and it lived up to expectations – absolutely stunning! The room was very spacious, with a minimalist style that perfectly matched my aesthetic. I did find the room to be quite dim at night, despite having many lights; I'm not sure why it's designed that way. However, every staff member I encountered proactively greeted me and was very polite. I'll definitely choose Le Méridien Zhengzhou again on my next visit.
