This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly. The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

During my stay, I especially want to thank Danna, a hotel staff member, for her thoughtful service and professional demeanor. From check-in to check-out, she was consistently patient, meticulous, warm, and attentive. She promptly responded to inquiries and needs, handling them appropriately. She was diligent, responsible, and communicated with politeness and grace. She not only focused on service efficiency but also fully considered guests' feelings and privacy, making us feel incredibly secure and comfortable. The entire stay was made even smoother and more enjoyable by her dedicated service. Her professionalism and service awareness were truly outstanding. She was a wonderfully comforting presence that significantly enhanced this trip. Highly recommended, and I look forward to seeing her again next time.

This hotel/retreat is an incredibly special place, and I feel so grateful to have come across it in my travels, as it will hold a special place in my memory! I have a strong feeling that I will be back (possibly many times!) in the future. I cannot say enough good things about it, whether it be the beautiful architectural design of the buildings and landscaping of the property, the gorgeous cafe, the zen-like room aesthetic, the calm and nourishing atmosphere of the whole place, the incredibly kind staff, and the nourishing and delicious food (which is made with great attention and care paid to the ingredients (most of which are grown on the farm), and their healing principles according to the elements and Chinese medicine nutrition)). There are free evening healing offerings too, including sound healing, card reading, and other thing, which bring guests together to experience collectively as well, in a beautiful retreat center room. The cafe/lobby building is such a pretty and welcoming space, one could easily spend hours enjoying a conversation or reading a book, or petting one of the many adorable cats that roam the property. Even walking along the meandering path to the hotel from the main road is a beautiful experience, winding through tea fields in this magical valley at the base of steep mountains surrounding it. I have stayed at a number of hotels in China during my travels, but this place is by far my favorite of all of them, for its authentic feel and heartfelt warmth. It truly is a uniquely powerful place for healing and restoration, nestled in such a picturesque, quiet hillside of Wudang mountain!!

The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, and there's a MixC shopping mall nearby. The location is good. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit small. The service was good, though the breakfast selection on the second day was a bit less varied compared to the first. Overall, it was a pretty good stay.

My stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the environment was quiet. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and patient. Check-in was efficient, and they were always proactive in helping with any requests, which was really heartwarming. The location is convenient, and it offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip, and it's highly recommended to friends and family!

Choosing this hotel when catching the high-speed train was such a stress-saver! You can book a complimentary pick-up and drop-off service to Wuhan Station in advance, and the driver even helped with my luggage and thoughtfully provided a high-speed rail travel kit, saving me the hassle of waiting for a taxi. It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway, and there's a large mall downstairs for all your dining and shopping needs. The room was spacious, the mattress was incredibly comfortable and restorative, and the bathroom was clean with a great wet/dry separation and no unpleasant odors. The WiFi was stable, making it comfortable for both work and relaxation. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Staying at the Westin again because I had to catch a high-speed train from the East Station the next day, and it's only a 10-minute taxi ride away. For over 700 RMB a night during the National Day holiday, it was incredibly good value for money. The facilities are new and clean, and stepping outside immediately offers beautiful scenery. A walk along the river on a sunny day was very pleasant, and there weren't many people around. Everything else was perfect, except for one minor issue: We arrived past 5 PM, only to be told that our room wasn't ready and we'd have to wait for about another hour. Having stayed in many five-star hotels, this was by far the latest check-in time I've ever experienced. After two discussions, another staff member at the front desk finally managed to get us a room, which was quite a struggle. We also tried the hotel's buffet dinner this time. The variety wasn't extensive, but the price was reasonable for the food offered. We were given a card to redeem for hairy crabs, but after waiting from 6 PM until 8 PM, we were told they were out and were given some oysters instead.

This Sheraton Wuhan Hankou is the best Marriott hotel I have ever stayed at. The hotel lobby is very unique, featuring a Hankou culture corridor in collaboration with the Wuhan Museum. The historical photos showcase a century of the river city's history, creating an incredible atmosphere. The hotel is very close to the metro station, making both taking a taxi and using the subway extremely convenient. The guest rooms are spacious, bright, and well-maintained. Arriving late at night during the National Day holiday, the staff thoughtfully helped us arrange a room upgrade. The executive lounge experience was fantastic, and we were even allowed a late check-out until 4 PM, which is particularly friendly for late-night flight travelers. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and attention to detail was evident everywhere in the hotel. Highly recommended, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Wuhan!

This was my second Ritz-Carlton stay, after Sanya. Before my arrival, the concierge proactively reached out via WeChat, providing detailed information about the hotel and its surroundings. Upon arrival, staff immediately helped with my luggage and even offered to deliver it to my room. During check-in, they kindly asked if I needed a late checkout and extended it until 3 PM, which was absolutely fantastic! 👍 The high-rise lobby offers breathtaking views, with the city skyline and river stretching as far as the eye can see. Although it's a newly opened hotel, there were no strange odors in the room. The decor and lighting directly opposite the entrance immediately caught my eye. The bedding was very comfortable, and the amenities were from Diptyque, ensuring quality. Welcome fruits were provided, and turndown service included a thoughtful local cultural refrigerator magnet. For in-room dining, I ordered a burger and beef noodles, both of which were delicious. The most memorable part of breakfast was the cold brew – truly refreshing on a summer day. Upon checkout, they generously let me keep the room key card as a souvenir. If I ever have the chance to bring my family to Wuhan again, I'll definitely stay here.
