JJchen1This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly.
The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

Here I want to specifically thank miss Hu from reception. Not only because she helped me arrange the 30kg shipment, but she also helped me purchase a special tool online and got delivered in 20 minutes. This saved me a lot of time and headache. Without her kind help I would run into trouble. So that's why my special thanks to miss Hu. Of course other employees from hotel are also with warm heart. In short, it is a nice stay and journey in your hotel. I look forward to visit your hotel again in the near future

When I checked in, being a solo female traveler, they thoughtfully assigned me a pink-themed room with all the necessary female amenities. My friend got drunk and threw up, and the housekeeping staff, particularly Huang Meihua, cleaned everything up without any hesitation, changing all the bedding. A huge thumbs up! 👍🏻

GGuest UserThis hotel/retreat is an incredibly special place, and I feel so grateful to have come across it in my travels, as it will hold a special place in my memory! I have a strong feeling that I will be back (possibly many times!) in the future. I cannot say enough good things about it, whether it be the beautiful architectural design of the buildings and landscaping of the property, the gorgeous cafe, the zen-like room aesthetic, the calm and nourishing atmosphere of the whole place, the incredibly kind staff, and the nourishing and delicious food (which is made with great attention and care paid to the ingredients (most of which are grown on the farm), and their healing principles according to the elements and Chinese medicine nutrition)). There are free evening healing offerings too, including sound healing, card reading, and other thing, which bring guests together to experience collectively as well, in a beautiful retreat center room. The cafe/lobby building is such a pretty and welcoming space, one could easily spend hours enjoying a conversation or reading a book, or petting one of the many adorable cats that roam the property. Even walking along the meandering path to the hotel from the main road is a beautiful experience, winding through tea fields in this magical valley at the base of steep mountains surrounding it. I have stayed at a number of hotels in China during my travels, but this place is by far my favorite of all of them, for its authentic feel and heartfelt warmth. It truly is a uniquely powerful place for healing and restoration, nestled in such a picturesque, quiet hillside of Wudang mountain!!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel was exceptionally good. Our butler, Holly, provided excellent and thoughtful service, upgrading many of our amenities. The cleaning staff were also very attentive. The service overall was truly outstanding. The hotel boasts a genuine first-line river view, and the best Hot Dry Noodles I've ever had came from the hotel breakfast. It was also very convenient to have a robot deliver our food orders. All in all, it was a very satisfying trip. Wuhan is great, and I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserI came to Wuhan for Chinese New Year and stayed at the Qingshan New Century Hotel because my friend lives nearby. It seems like a new hotel, and all the facilities are excellent. The breakfast was also very rich, and the staff were all incredibly friendly. My only complaint is the open-plan bathroom, which I really didn't like, but that's a design issue. The hotel service was fantastic, and they even offered a shuttle service to Wuhan Station, which was a pleasant surprise.

GGuest UserI chose this hotel for its unbeatable river view, and throughout my stay, I experienced the high-quality service standards of an established five-star hotel. The entire family appreciated the staff's enthusiasm, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail. Due to a flight delay, we didn't arrive until almost midnight, but the hotel had already made arrangements, placing our two rooms on the same floor and upgrading both. It's a shame that during our two days at the hotel, I didn't get a chance to properly admire the view or take beautiful photos. The breakfast, as always with Westin, was delicious and beautifully presented. There's also a food street behind the hotel, making it very convenient for getting around.

The room is clean and comfortable, the service is intimate, leaning on the window to watch the sunset into the night in the evening, the stay experience is super healing, I will choose this one next time!

GGuest UserCompared to the Ritz-Carlton Nanjing where I've stayed before, my experience at this Wuhan location was a huge disappointment. Overall, I was very let down.
Let's start with the positives: The hotel lobby and public areas are grand and beautifully designed, creating a great ambiance. The facade certainly lives up to high-end hotel standards.
However, the guest rooms completely fall short of what you'd expect from the brand. The room interiors are ordinary, and the quality feels mediocre. What's even more outrageous is that the shower room fixtures were damaged and faulty. Having stayed in hotels in various cities for years, this is the first time I've encountered damaged bathroom hardware in a high-end luxury brand in China.
After discovering the issue, I immediately contacted the front desk. Staff promptly came to fix it, and the process was fine, but the hardware malfunction severely impacted my stay. Paying a premium price for a stay, yet not even being able to guarantee intact basic room facilities, really highlights the urgent need for the hotel to overhaul its routine inspections and room maintenance. I wouldn't recommend this place to friends looking for a high-quality stay.
