Guest UserThe hotel is great, with lots of plants and fruit trees, and a huge, picturesque garden. The service is good; they cleaned and mopped the floors every day. It's a bit far from the beach, but there's a shuttle service every two hours. We booked with breakfast, and it was good, not a buffet but decent. There are three pools in the area: one large and two smaller ones for kids. The beach is free because the hotel covers the cost, and it's clean, not dirty.

Guest UserGreeted on arrival and given a room upgrade. Room was lovely & clean. All the staff were welcoming & professional. Reception was very helpful & resolved any issues we had quickly, & professionally. Breakfast & evening meal was very tasty and excellent quality Restaurant staff were cheerful & helpful. Looking forward to going back.

Balayı çifti otele rezervasyon yapmama rağmen ödemenin alınmadığı söylenip kendileri uzun süre bekletildiler ve bu durum telafi edilmedi maalesef hizmet sektörü adına utanç verici bir durum ödemeyi aylar önce yaptığımızı ve kredi kartı ekstremizde ispatlayarak durum yaklaşık 1-1.5 saat sonra çözülebildi çok üzücü bir durum trajedi yazık (.)

Guest UserEverything was great. The staff's approachability and responsiveness were excellent. However, during the Koray Avcı concert, my wife, daughter, another couple, and I were seated with four gentlemen we didn't know. It wasn't an issue for us or for them, but there were many empty tables that remained unoccupied. We asked if we could be seated once everyone arrived and the program started, and we were told those tables belonged to the casino. Even after the program began, no one came to fill them. This gave us the impression that the casino's customers were treated as guests of the hotel organizing the event. That aside, everything else was perfect. As someone who has stayed at Mandarin, Peninsula, and Merit hotels and has extensive hotel experience, I can say the hotel was excellent. My only criticism is your limited wine menu and the prices for drinks, which rival those at Chacha, Uskumru, and Lacivert on the Bosphorus in Istanbul. Thanks again for everything.

The hotel grounds are spacious and offer a wide range of activities. The beach is beautiful and well-maintained, with no rocky areas. The restaurant and food are delicious. We only experienced a few issues with room service. Room cleaning needs some improvement.

Since the room allocated to us was under renovation, we were placed in a random room after a few tries. The cleanliness of the room was bad. Especially the tops of the seats were in terrible condition. Likewise, the toilet was not at the desired level of cleanliness. The hotel is generally old and needs renovation.

Guest UserThe staff were very good, the staff were very good, they listened to every request with a smile and fulfilled. But the location could have been a little closer to the entrance centre or port. Also there was no beach but another hotel was agreed and went to service with the service. They were taken away, and We did not have any foreigners there.

皇马哥就是牛哥It should be the best hotel in Nicosia, with the best **, with golf course matching. The sea view is great and the facilities are very new. Breakfast is more plentiful than many hotels in Istanbul. If there is a fly in the ointment, it is that the quality of slippers do not match, bedding body feeling slightly hard.
