The masseuse Suma at the Cofresi Spa at the Lifestyles Holidays Vacation Resort performed the very professional and high quality level of service seldom found these days. She is outstanding and my wife and I are looking forward to our next stay over and getting another massage plus some other services. Note the staff overall was excellent also!!

I enjoyed my stay at Casa Marina. Nice friendly service. Conveniently located steps away from Playa Alicia. Also has its on private beach. Buffet restaurant couldn't be positioned any better to enjoy the beauty of the sea while enjoying a delicious meal. Breakfast lunch and dinner was always good you will always find something that's to your liking. Only thing that I didn't agree with is the guest policy, the hotel doesn't allow ” outside guest.” Other than that. I would stay again

Pros: beach front, easy access to the beach, tranquility around the lounge beach chairs. Friendly staff Cons: hotel is dated, shower was too small. There were cucarachas coming off the AC vents. Staff came to address it right away, however. There are not elevators and it is difficult to bring luggage to 2nd and 3rd floors. The place was not design for people with mobility issues. Also people are allowed with dogs unleashed. One small dog came after me. When I approach the dog’s owner to ask if he could put his dog on a leash, he became belligerent, disrespectful, and a kind of racist. The hotel staff watched and did nothing. When I ask for the manager to complaint I was told she was on vacation (?) when I ask for whoever was in charge, I was also told that person was also unavailable. It was frustrating and disappointing as that was a safety issue that remained unaddressed.

This hotel is very well located in the city center for nightlife, with everything at a walking distance. The staff is not very welcoming even though they try to be professional. I was told at check-in that my room was the best in the hotel. However I was shocked to see how basic it was. The bathroom has old, not so clean and defective shower fixtures, this needs to be taken care of urgently. There was hair all over the bathroom from previous guest and the bathroom floor mat was filthy. The room has a desk but no chair, the room has no iron or ironing board. In summary, In summary: 1) Desk with no table 2) No ironing board or iron 3) Refrigerator too small difficult to control the temperature 3) Could have next to it a counter with microwave 5) Bathroom fixture old from another age and malfunctioning. In conclusion, the place failed my standards but i think the owner should take care of these issues. I will not share photos of the rooms because i am convinced that the COVID pandemic has taken its toll on the Tourist economy and hotel may have suffered the consequences of the lengthy shut down. There is some great potential there and some renovation will go a long way. Insect control is not perfect but understandable, we are here in the Caribbean. Overall OK.

Exceptional charm hotel with its architecture, location, beach and decoration. Nothing to say is perfect: free shopping at the swimming pool or beach, hot jacuzzi always boiling, breathtaking view, a nice and nice breakfast, an impecable room. In short: we will come back because it's quite rare to find a small pearl like this hotel outside the ”all included” we hate with 1000 rooms. A very special bravo during these 6 days at Dervis and his always present smile from our arrival to our departure, Victoria has the pool and breakfast for his professionalism and advice, Jose Antonio, Jose Alberto and his smile, Theofilo and its good mood and to finish Gisela for the daily household and its availability! And a bravo d’honneur à Lissette au check in et check out and its advice

Resort was excellent, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bars and bartenders was great as well. Love how we had a beach view with the resort. The rooms was clean, pillows fluffed. Love how we had multiple bars to chose from. Great night life guys from animation are good people, kelvin was a good animation. We had fun with us. I recommend this for people who come to this hotel

I had the best vacation from the time I arrived until the time I left. I have to point out that the entertainment staff definitely made it a fun time. Pollo has the most beautiful eyes and excellent dance moves he would make an excellent dance teacher. Pikachu is a great guy all around, very helpful with everything you need. Skinny he can dance excellent as well and like we told him start a dance school you would go far. Baby you are a beautiful person inside and out. Than we have a bartender Lousie who keep up on drinks, and thank you for my David specials I look forward to them when I come back. Also a shout out to the lady who look after our room everyday (716). The dances did a excellent job and the talent is beyond words keep it up.We look forward to our next trip and it will be in the near future❤️❤️
