ZzapperOur stay at Montigo Resorts was nothing short of magical. From the moment my fiancé and I arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of luxury, comfort, and romance. We booked a stunning two-bedroom villa featuring its own private pool, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. The villa was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and offered the perfect sanctuary for a romantic getaway. Having a private pool just steps from our bed allowed us to enjoy quiet, intimate swims at any time of day, completely undisturbed.Inside the villa, the attention to detail was remarkable. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and filled with natural light. One of the absolute highlights of the accommodation was the deep, luxurious bathtub. After a long day of exploring and activities, soaking in the tub became our favorite way to unwind and relax together. The housekeeping team deserves immense credit for keeping every corner of our villa pristine throughout our stay, ensuring we never had to worry about a thing.Beyond the beautiful room, our trip was packed with memorable experiences. We are a couple that loves a mix of relaxation and adventure, so we decided to try the ATV riding offered at the resort. It was an absolute blast. Racing through the trails together brought a fantastic rush of adrenaline and added an exciting, adventurous spark to our romantic vacation. The staff guiding the ATV experience were professional, safety-conscious, and made sure we had the best time possible.Of course, no luxury stay is complete without great food, and Montigo Resorts delivered perfectly on that front. Our package included a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning, which quickly became something we looked forward to every day. The spread was incredibly generous, featuring a wide variety of both local and international dishes. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, from the live cooking stations to the fresh pastries and tropical fruits. Starting our mornings together over a delicious, hearty breakfast with beautiful resort views set the perfect tone for the rest of our day.What made this trip truly amazing was how seamlessly the resort blended high-energy fun with peaceful romance. Whether we were splashing around in our private pool, getting mud-soaked on the ATV tracks, or relaxing in our spotless villa, every moment felt special. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel valued from check-in to check-out. It was the perfect escape for me and my fiancé, allowing us to connect, create unforgettable memories, and enjoy a flawless blend of luxury and adventure. We left Montigo Resorts feeling completely refreshed and deeply in love with the place, and we already cannot wait to return for another unforgettable stay.

GGuest UserThis hotel's only redeeming quality is its value for money. It's right by a nice beach and next to a small square. The room, however, was a letdown. It looked newly renovated, but probably just refurbished. The first room we were given had a flooding issue; less than two minutes into a shower, water was already pooling around the toilet... The worst part was when the exhaust fan from the ceiling suddenly fell down... I was speechless. They eventually moved us to another room, which felt like it was hastily cleaned, and the hygiene wasn't great. What's more, it took two and a half hours from the repair attempt to getting a new room, which meant we barely had any proper rest on the first night. Their problem-solving efficiency was truly poor. The manager only replied to my email about resolving the issue after 7 PM on the second night, by which point we were no longer interested in their solutions.
On the positive side, the breakfast menu changed daily, and they even made latte art with good-tasting coffee. The staff in both the rooms and the restaurant were very friendly and helpful.
Honestly, if it weren't for the mishaps on the first night and the hotel's inefficient way of handling issues, this trip would have been perfect.

MMarieKWThe free shuttle from the ferry to the resort was super smooth. We got a great fruit juice and a warm welcome from the front desk. Lots of free activities there too.
I was really looking forward to the dance and aqua dance, but after waiting in the lobby, we found out there wouldn't be a class that day. It would've been nice if they'd put up a notice so we didn't wait for nothing.
Then we did other stuff like rock painting, animal education, and tie-dye tote bags, which was awesome. I even chatted with Mizhelle as she passed our dried tie dye the next morning while she did my henna – such a happy person!
The room was pretty clean and roomy. The AC worked great, and they even gave us a cute, big woven bag to use. I brought earplugs because reviews said you could hear people outside.
But all we heard were buggies, crickets, and frogs, so it was all good.
Our stay included daily breakfast, and the hospitality was amazing. They greeted us by name, which made us feel special. The staff even remembered our names when we just walked by them – effort 10/10!
We did the BBQ, which was an 8/10. It was a cozy dinner setup. Unfortunately, there were tons of mosquitoes feasting on us while we BBQ'd and ate, even with repellent on. The staff forgot the oil spreader, so we couldn't cook for a bit. But the night was still a great experience for us both.
Definitely a memorable vacation. I just wish the lagoon stayed open longer than 6 pm.

The beach is pristine with shallow waters, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. It's suitable for families with children, couples, and all types of families.

DDayang nur AinMy 3D2N stay here was so good. The staff is very welcoming. I asked for Birthday Complimentary decorations but they did not have that and need to pay 250,000 idr if want but I choose to not do it. So kinda disappointed but since the staff is polite so I’m good. Thanks for everything. I had a pleasant stay here. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

DDEBRA TAYWe stayed at The Residence Bintan for 2 nights and booked two different types of rooms for each night.
Our second-night stay was at the One-Bedroom Beachfront Villa, which came with an excellent sea view and a private pool. We truly enjoyed our stay. The villa was spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.
The staff provided exceptional hospitality throughout our stay. As we had booked two different room types, there would normally have been a three-hour gap between checking out of our first room at 12pm and checking into the second room at 3pm. However, before we checked out of our first room, we received a call from the reception informing us that our second room was already ready. We were therefore able to check in directly without having to wait for another three hours. This thoughtful arrangement made our stay even more enjoyable.
On our last day, our ferry was scheduled to depart at 7am, so we had to leave the resort as early as 5am. The Residence Bintan kindly arranged transportation to the ferry terminal and even prepared packed breakfasts for us. We were genuinely touched by their thoughtfulness and hospitality. ❤️
From the warm service and excellent facilities to the beautiful views, The Residence Bintan made our anniversary trip truly memorable.
We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again! 🌴❤️

This was my second visit to Batam View Beach Resort, and it was just as wonderful as the first. I brought my mom this time, and she enjoyed everything about our stay.
Food: Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a delicious mix of local and Western dishes. While we were bummed that the seafood restaurant was closed for dinner, the indoor restaurant/bar completely made up for it with great food and service.
Amenities: The resort facilities are excellent, and my mom took full advantage of them.
Overall, a fantastic experience. We will definitely be back!

GGuest UserThis garden-style hotel is truly amazing. It's a massive property, with several buildings spread across the grounds. The facilities are excellent, with a gym and pool to cater to different interests. The rooms are spacious, even the double rooms offer plenty of space. The highlight for me was the pool, located right by the sea. You can walk straight to the beach through the pool area – it's incredibly picturesque. The hotel staff were also very friendly and easy to communicate with; English wasn't an issue at all. While the hotel's main dining options were just average, the desserts were quite good. Highly recommended!

HHunnelyCoordination for the hotel transfer was smooth. Staff was proactive and our overall stay was so pleasant. Response to every query was prompt. Loved the breakfast buffet! They feature signature dishes daily from different places in Indonesia and it was so authentic. There were several live stations for eggs, breads and pancakes, local healthy drinks and even noodles or soups, even fresh fruit juices - you can request for your preference. Staff is awesome - one of the heads of the restaurant - his name is Fir - even recommended his favorite personal drink to make for us. Lobby staff are always warm and smiling. Amenities are well-maintained. The fact that we can have access to three hotels under Banyantree was amazing! Loved the beach! Loved the restaurant vibe esp at XANA club - food is impeccable!
