The location is incredibly convenient! It's right by Tanukikoji Exit 7, just around the corner, literally less than a minute's walk. Getting to the airport is also super smooth; the airport bus stop is right next to Tanukikoji Exit 5. Those with lots of luggage will really appreciate this!
The front desk service is excellent. They have non-Japanese staff who speak fluent English, so communication is absolutely stress-free. Check-in and asking questions were seamless.
As for the room, the bed is huge and comfortable, and the room space is also quite good. You can open up a 28-inch and a 24-inch suitcase without feeling cramped.
The large public bath is a highlight. For a city hotel, the bath is genuinely quite spacious, and the bathing area is comfortable. It's really nice to have a facility of this size in the city center.
Breakfast is primarily Western-style. While the selection isn't overwhelming, all the basic options are there, and the quality is consistent. It's perfect for a satisfying meal before heading out for the day.
In summary: convenient location, smooth English communication, sufficiently large room, and a great public bath. For anyone wanting to stay in Sapporo city center and needing easy airport access, this is a highly recommended choice!
Traveled with friends and we were very happy with the hotel; it was conveniently located for getting everywhere. Hakodate's million-dollar night view is definitely worth seeing. The hotel is also very close to Hakodate Station, and the onsen was great – a really comfortable stay.
I booked a triple room for a trip with my parents. The room wasn't huge, but the layout was very efficient and convenient. We were assigned a higher floor, so the view from the window was great and it wasn't noisy.
What we were most satisfied with were the hotel's breakfast and hot springs. The hotel has three distinct restaurants, and the breakfast quality was truly excellent. We were lucky enough to stay for four nights, so we got to try breakfast at each restaurant, and every one of them deserves a 5-star rating. The only minor flaw (a personal preference) was that there was no freshly ground coffee; the coffee was served from a thermos, and the taste was slightly lacking.
The hot springs are located on the 3rd floor of the hotel, and the environment is lovely. When we visited, there were very few people, allowing us to fully enjoy the hot springs and sauna.

Although it's 700 meters from Susukino Station, dragging luggage through several intersections and streets was tough, especially with the snowy, slippery roads – it was easy to fall.
The disposable slippers in the room were very thin and only replaced every three days during cleaning. There was no bottled water or tea bags in the room, though there was a water dispenser on the floor. On the first day, we got free coffee packets, but after that, you had to buy them at the downstairs cafe.
Even though the room had air conditioning, the bathroom had no heating, and the room's heating didn't reach the bathroom. This made showering really cold, which was the most unbearable part.
On the plus side, there was a washing machine with a drying function, and we got one laundry pod per day. A fridge, microwave, and induction hob were also provided.
Located 10 mins walk from the Sapporo station. Easy to get to touristy places. Overseeing the TV station from the room.
The public bath is great.
We got a room on the cross floor, that comes with living room, meal counter and separate bath and toilet.
That also gives us access to the lounge with very remarkable drinks and light bites.
This hotel is located on the 4th floor of the New Chitose Airport International Terminal. You can see the signs for the hotel on the 3rd floor of the international departure area. Just follow the signs and you'll spot the 'Library Cafe' on your right, up the escalator – that's the hotel entrance. If you have a luggage cart, you can enter through the 3rd-floor door and take the elevator up. The lobby is very spacious, and you can even take your luggage cart directly to your room, which is super convenient. The spa and hot springs are located right by the elevators on the 4th floor. The hot springs are open until 10 PM, so you can enjoy a late-night soak. The rooms are very large and new, with separate showers and bathtubs. I didn't use the shower in my room since I went to the hot springs instead. The room offered beautiful sunset and mountain views, as well as views of planes taking off and landing. The last flight departs around 7 PM, and the first one takes off around 8:30 AM, so it doesn't disturb your sleep. After checking in, it was very convenient to go shopping on the 2nd floor and have dinner on the 3rd floor. The next day, I checked out at 11 AM and could push my luggage cart directly to the check-in counter without any hassle. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!
Room is spacious and bed is big and comfortable. Love the memory foam pillow as well. Onsen is basic with just one 'pool'.
Breakfast is the highlight of this hotel. You get to choose between 2 restaurants - buffet or Japanese dining. We stayed 2 night so we get to try both. I personally prefer the buffet as the variety and quality of food is really good. My husband prefer the Japanese dining it is less chaotic compared to the buffet restaurant as it has less people.
Location is great. Walking distance to a few tourists attraction.
This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Incredible value for money! Even the hairdryer and showerhead are from ReFa! The room, though small, has everything you need. The service is unbelievably good! The front desk provides a free bottle of water per person each day, and you can grab toothbrushes, toothpaste, makeup remover, facial cleanser, lotion, combs, earplugs, coffee, and more from the first floor. There's also a free public bath on the second floor – perfect for a relaxing soak after skiing. It's directly across from Yodobashi, and there's a McDonald's and convenience store nearby. Plus, it's close to Sapporo Station!
Room Facilities: I stayed in a single room, which was quite small, but the window view was fantastic.
Cleanliness: Absolutely spotless, nothing to complain about. I must mention that the hotel also provided samples of facial cleanser, toner, lotion, and face cream. They were excellent, but I forgot to take a picture to see the brand.
Environment: It's right by Sapporo JR Station, with Daimaru department store directly below. It's incredibly convenient for shopping and taking the JR or subway.
Service: The staff were very enthusiastic and spoke excellent English, so communication was not an issue at all.
This hotel is one of the more luxurious options on Lake Toya's hot spring street. Typically, staff greet you at the entrance and assist with luggage. During check-in, they meticulously explain all the rules and requirements, including whether and when housekeeping will clean the room. In the evenings, staff will come to turn down the beds. Unfortunately, during our stay, it was snowing, so we couldn't see Mount Yotei from our lake-view room. The next day, after heavy fog, the sun briefly appeared, allowing us to snap a few pictures of the lake! We were also lucky enough to catch the last two fireworks displays on the 2nd and 11th-12th – a fantastic experience! Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. Across from the hotel, there's a 7-Eleven and an Ippei yakitori restaurant, which is quite good! The staff were very polite and answered all our questions. During this period, most guests were Chinese tourists, so there was no awkwardness at all. It wasn't crowded, making for a very pleasant experience! This hotel is definitely recommended for a visit!

GGuest UserThe room was decent, no bathtub but the hotel has a public bath, which is standard for a business hotel. It's near Nakajima-Koen subway station, just across the street. A heads-up for everyone, it's in Nakajima Park, so if you're not near Susukino or Odori, it's a bit of a walk. It's not out of the way, but you do have to walk. Sapporo's subway isn't as frequent as Tokyo's, so sometimes walking might get you there just as fast. It's quite a hassle to drag luggage and parents through the snow when you can't use the underground walkway.
Rrosie_qiqiRoom is spacious with a private garden & outdoors onsen.
Welcome puddings were very yummy and yet the buffet in there was very insipid. Frankly speaking, the only two good foods there are sashimi and rice, what a shame.
Others: Very close to the lake, 1-2 minutes walk; a large and cozy lobby with good jazz music from an antique JBL sound system; live music performance every night; lots of books; fireplace and roasted marshmallows; lovely shop on the 3rd floor (prized reasonably). All is well except the buffet. Did not try the Japanese one (needs to book and pay a lot) hence a bit regretted.

TTutusThis was the most anticipated part of our entire trip, and it certainly didn't disappoint!
#Hotel Location: Excellent. It's right on the hot spring street, and behind it is the pier for lake boat tours (Happy Boardwalk).
#Hotel Service: They upgraded us to a large suite for free, and the view was absolutely fantastic. I loved the suite's layout, amenities, and the smart toilet. The outdoor hot spring faces the lake, and the male and female baths rotate at different times, so you can try them all (っ˘ڡ˘ς)♨️
The buffet was also good, and we additionally ordered a red king crab which was delicious. You can book many activities and experiences at the hotel. There's an outdoor shop called Siri on the first floor of the hotel where you can book activities like hiking and lake tours. My friend and I booked the night forest light show at the front desk. The only thing worth complaining about is how ugly the hot spring robes are – absolutely no desire to take photos in them!
未未来与远方The hotel's location near Shin-Osaka Station is incredibly convenient for buses, Shinkansen, and subways. It was a thoughtful touch that they offered free umbrellas downstairs on a rainy day, no registration needed. Plus, there are plenty of dining options right downstairs.
GGuest UserThe decor style is very old-school. On a clear day, the hotel offers fantastic views. My friend caught a cold, and the front desk staff kindly arranged a taxi to get medicine at night, which was very helpful. However, not all staff members speak Chinese every day (sometimes when you call, they only speak Japanese). The American breakfast on the second floor is just average in taste, but the view is beautiful.
GGuest UserRoom quite small even though they indicated 20msq. No space to put luggage, have to put on chair. Hotel indicated provided bicycle rental but when I check with them , they say only in summer time. Ask me to go Furano station to rent bicycles. But the bed is very comfortable.
AAnonymous UserLocation: If you couldn't book the hotel's free shuttle or the Kappa Liner bus, you can take rapid bus #7 or #8 from Sapporo city center to Daiichi Hotel Mae, and the hotel is right there. There's also a bus to Sapporo Ski Resort that stops at the same platform.
Room Amenities: The room was clean, tidy, and very spacious, and it even had its own private hot spring bath.
I booked a package that included breakfast and dinner. The food was just okay, but there was a self-service bar and some snacks.
AAnonymous UserThis hotel maintains top-notch standards even in a small location. The room was surprisingly clean with exceptionally high ceilings, Netflix, and excellent soundproofing. Upholding JAL's sophisticated style, the restaurant host was a distinguished, handsome older gentleman in a suit.
I initially wanted to give a perfect score, but we waited 15 minutes for breakfast on the first day, and an astounding *hour* on the second day! Moreover, the breakfast area was incredibly crowded, with narrow aisles and tiny tables where our elbows almost touched the next table – very uncomfortable. I hope the hotel can open up a larger space during breakfast hours, as waiting until after 9 AM to eat breakfast can really disrupt a traveler's daily plans.
