"Ended up staying here after the rest of the city was shut down for the Nomad Games and SCO. Lucked into one of the nicer hotels I've ever stayed at. The price is fantastic. Rooms were a decent size well-equipped, comfortable, and spotless. It might have been the best hotel bed I've ever slept on. Even better was the breakfast, which was well-rounded and absolutely delicious. It's not as close to the center as others, but I couldn't recommend Aqua Hotel any more highly."

"Highly recommend the Bishkek Wanhao Chang'an Hotel! It's a standalone hotel with modern Chinese-style decor and a wonderful atmosphere. The lobby is spacious, bright, and feels grand and comfortable.
The front desk staff speaks fluent Chinese throughout, so there's no language barrier. The staff are warm and attentive. The breakfast is authentic Chinese and tastes great; it's so rare to find familiar flavors abroad.
The rooms are clean and tidy, equipped with zero-pressure mattresses and soft, comfortable bedding. Lying down to rest after a long day is incredibly relaxing. The hotel has its own laundry room with a dryer, which is a must-have for frequent business travelers.
Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. This is the top choice for Chinese people visiting Bishkek for business or research. I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

The value for money isn't great, as the price is a bit high. It's an older building, but it's considered one of the best in Bishkek. Being in the same building as a mall is pretty convenient.

Resting here is not the first time, the management of the hotel youth service level and the quality of the hotel improve and make our rest pleasant) you can see that the hotel is not standing on the spot but developing. Rooms are clean, towels, neats, The slippers are all necessary in the room. Thermal sources, Hamam, Sauna, Russian steam on wood, cold bath and large pool all necessary for excellent rest is present. The forces have a bar area now you can order food and drink without going away from the pool. There is everything for a comfortable rest in general.

lyinf_ngThe Novotel Bishkek City Center is easily one of the top international chain hotels in the area. Its location is absolutely superb – you can walk to the city center's shopping district and parks, and there are plenty of currency exchange spots right on the street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The entire building is brand new and modern. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and have no strange odors. All the bathroom and office facilities are comprehensive, and the WiFi is stable and fast. The staff are fluent in English, and their service is warm and efficient. The hotel also boasts an indoor pool, gym, and spa, perfect for both business and leisure. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, covering Western, Chinese, and local dishes. Downstairs, the restaurant serves a full menu of Western and Central Asian cuisine. This is definitely my top choice for business or leisure trips to Bishkek, and I'll be staying here again.

Guest UserThe location of this hotel is amazing, within walking distance of all of Bishkek's major sights and many good restaurants and cafes. The facilities are somewhat dated, but staff are great. Unfortunately, upon checking in, we found dried urine all over the bidet in our bathroom. Upon bringing this to staff's attention, a cleaner was sent right away. However, this should not be happening in any four star hotel.

Comfortable rooms, a swimming pool with comfortable loungers, a hearty and varied breakfast with plenty of fruit, 24-hour transfer service, the option to leave luggage for a few days, and quick laundry service. Friendly staff. Excellent restaurants within walking distance.

Плюсы:
- удобное расположение до парка Ала-Арча, пешком около 10 минут;
- из окна видны лошади, пасущиеся на склонах , снежные вершины гор, слышен умиротворяющий шум реки Ала-Арча;
- персонал приветливый и свободно разговаривает на русском, английском языках;
- завтраки разнообразные, огромное количество мясных продуктов, вкусные местные фрукты;
- в номере есть чайник, телевизор, множество розеток,Wi-Fi, хорошо проветривается;
- просторная душевая;
- халаты, полотенца, тапочки, мыло, зубные щётки в номере;
- в коридоре можно взять гладильную доску с утюгом, чтобы привести вещи в порядок;
- сауна и бассейн входит в стоимость проживания;
- настольный теннис и настольный футбол доступны для постояльцев отеля.
Минусы:
- маленькая площадь комнаты, комфортно вдвоём с небольшими рюкзаками;
- оборудование уборной выглядит ”уставшим”, ржавчина, подтёки, разводы;
- разложить вещи особо некуда, нет шкафчиков, мало крючков ,вешалок.

Rooms were a decent size well-equipped, comfortable, and spotless. It might have been the best hotel bed I've ever slept on. Even better was the breakfast, which was well-rounded and absolutely delicious. It's not as close to the center as others, but I couldn't recommend Aqua Hotel any more highly.
