"This was our first family trip to Koh Rong. The hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the pier, right on the beachfront, which is perfect for ocean activities. We stayed in a two-bedroom cottage-style room; it was spacious and clean, allowing our family to relax comfortably. I was very impressed by the front desk staff's exceptional hospitality and courteous service. The on-site restaurant is convenient, though I felt the lunch menu had a slightly limited selection. However, the seafood dishes we had were absolutely delicious and highly satisfying. Thanks to the beautiful sea and the staff's warm hospitality, it was an unforgettable stay for our family."

This hotel is an absolute paradise, where you can forget all your worries! We were met at the pier and helped with our luggage (even though the hotel is a 3-minute walk from the pier and there's a paved road). Our family room for four was a two-room suite with two double beds. The only downside is that the white, ornate furniture, upon closer inspection, is quite scuffed. Also, the shower is only separated by a partition on one side, so water splashes onto the floor from the other. Otherwise, everything in the room is great. The bedding and towels are clean, there's bottled drinking water, and you can get additional water from the fridge at reception anytime. Each room, as well as the restaurant, has foot showers. The included breakfasts are delicious, offering fried eggs, pancakes or waffles, pastries, ham, cheese, sausages, rice or noodles with vegetables, and a large selection of fruits (mango, pineapple, orange, passion fruit, papaya, dragon fruit, watermelon). Lunches and dinners from the à la carte menu at the restaurant are also very good. The restaurant always has a pleasant atmosphere, sea views, and tables right by the beach. On some evenings, there's live music and a BBQ on the beach. Nearby in the village, there are other cafes of varying standards; the local ones are cheaper and tasty too, but the decor and service suffer. In the second half of our stay, we stopped looking for variety and only ate at the hotel restaurant. The hotel beach is simply magical! Super white sand, turquoise clear water! There were always enough sun loungers. There are free paddleboards and kayaks, table tennis, and giant chess. The pool has plenty of inflatable rings, toys, and armbands for small children, which I saw people also take to the sea. There's also a cool surf club with an artificial wave. It's paid (I think $25 per hour), but we each received a card for a free hour of lessons during specific times. Our teenage son was thrilled. The restaurant has board games. The hotel also offers boat and tuk-tuk excursions. We took a private boat trip with snorkeling, fishing, BBQ, sunset viewing at sea, and glowing plankton. We didn't take the tuk-tuk as we decided there was no better beach than ours here. There's a massage parlor on the beach, with massages starting from $20 per hour, bookings at reception. We really enjoyed the massage. I heard doubts from others about this hotel due to a road running between the hotel and the beach, but it's not at all bothersome, as traffic on this road is minimal. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful with any requests. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel; it's worth the money and has everything for a wonderful and comfortable holiday.

We stayed in “Eden Beach Resort” and want to share our experience. Location is good because hotel has private pier, where the boat will take you from/to Sihanouk Ville. It was comfortable. I was impressed by the hotel green area as well 🌴 The hotel has their own water purification system, we drank tasty and fresh water everyday from reusable glass bottles. Unfortunately we had some inconveniences in the hotel during our stay there. Check in was a long time. We arrived on island 11 a.m. and waited check in 4 hours, 3 p.m. When we asked about a breakfast, we were told that breakfast not included this day, although previous hotels often went to meet us, and it was pleasant. Breakfast costs 12$ per person. Breakfasts was tasty but after few days I tired from it. I would like to pay your attention with strays. Cats and dogs were in diner zone, they are they itched and got in the way. It made Unpleasant impressions. I also want to say about some disadvantages about cleaning up rooms. In the morning time, when we spent time on the beach, our room wasn’t clean. If we went to walk, we asked the staff about cleaning our room. One day we didn’t ask about cleaning and we were left without cleaning 🤷🏾♀️ There were 4 towels in the room: 2 big towels, 2 small towels, which for face and hair (I think) but we used this towels for feet because there were no extra towels. Totally staff working is good. Especially was pleasant administrator from Russian (as well as I remember Alex, but I can mistake). He helped our friends immediately (they had a problem with a safe and ordered double cleaning room because there is a lot of sand). What about attractions? The beach is good, near the hotel is clean but you should be ready for sand flyers. Oh Jesus! We were fully bited by them. Therefore our skin was swollen. At the hotel you can rent a kayak. One day we paid 5 $ per hour. Then we were explained that it is necessary to pay only if there is the queue. During check out we were waiting checking the rooms about 10 minutes. It’s not good 😁 a lot of more hotels refused this process. Our final review. Despite the some disadvantages our weekend in this hotel left a good impression. Place is beautiful, good, calm. There is a small work to improve the part of the service and cleaning, as well as control of the state of the territory and animals.

We dont know where to start but we did enjoyed our stays here. This place captured our heart and we wish we knew it earlier so we can come and spend at least 2 weeks here. Our room was just a few metres away from the beach and the food and service here is 5stars. They deserve a recognition for the food in the sunset restaurant and the breakfast ♥️♥️🙏🏼🙏🏼💖💖💖 We already feel emotional leaving this place, this place captured our heart and we will sure be coming back, if only we knew it earlier 🥹🥹😭😭🙏🏼🙏🏼♥️♥️

Not worth it! The stuff is really amazing and helpful, however the place is not worth visiting. The nature, beach and activities are below average and do not match the luxury price the resort is charging. It is also near to a kinda port so you will see cargo ships passing near the island. You can see rubbish floating in the water around the island as well. The food is also average and overpriced. A papaya salad cost 20USD. For comparison it worth 2.50USD on the mainland. Another example, the resort car service ask 90USD for 30km ride. For comparison, the taxi from Phnom Penh to Angkor Wat with a distance of 320km worth 80USD. On my personal opinion, there is noting much to see and do on the island, and definitely nothing that justify the price.

Fantastic hotel! The room (Deluxe Side View) was spacious with all the amenities you could need. The bed was really comfortable and the water was hot. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, from reception to restaurant staff to bar staff. The beach area was gorgeous, white sands. We hotel arranged a night trip to swim in bioluminescent plankton. Highly recommended, like swimming with fairies in the ocean! The food and cocktails were delicious and reasonably priced.

Location: Perfect and peaceful island setting in Cambodia. Service: Needs more attention from top management. Due to staff shortages during peak holiday season, service was inconsistent, affecting the overall guest experience. Boat Schedule Issue: There was a mismatch in boat schedule information between the reservations team and the front desk. This created difficulties for guests without private transportation, especially since the island is remote and ride-hailing apps (Grab/PassApp) are not readily available. The hotel’s private taxi service charges **$50 one-way**, which feels excessive—management should reconsider pricing. Food Options: Limited menu choices in the restaurant, and the menu was only in English with no pictures. As a local Cambodian, I sometimes struggled to identify dishes. Room & Amenities: Fantastic—clean, comfortable, and hygienic. Breakfast: Absolutely delicious! SPA: Highly recommended! Relaxing and affordable, especially with the hotel’s 30% exclusive discount. One of the best parts of my stay. Buggy Service: A major letdown. Upon checkout, the front desk failed to inform us that no buggy was available. We waited **almost an hour** with no updates, even after calling twice. Eventually, we had to walk to reception. Overall: This hotel has great potential but needs better communication, staffing adjustments, and improved guest convenience (transportation, food options, and service reliability).

Our room facing the pool was clean and comfortable. However, the 5th floor smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke that it made our eyes burn. We changed floors and the new room was fresh. There was no gym. The pool area and beach were beautiful and pleasant. It's a shame the weather was stormy, so we only stayed for one night.

My stay here was excellent. The hotel environment was clean and comfortable, and the room was spotless with no strange odors. The bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was good, allowing me to get a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was quick. The location is very convenient, with easy access to dining and transportation. Overall, it offers great value for money and is highly recommended. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

My partner and I are currently travelling South East Asia and I booked 2 nights at this resort as a birthday present for my partner so it was certainly a step up from the accommodation we have been staying in! Perfect accommodation for chilling and relaxing, was very quiet but we liked that. We really enjoyed our stay here, the beachfront villa we stayed in was very clean and had everything we needed. Wifi was slightly weak at times but not a major issue. We ate in the restaurant a couple times, food was nice and I had a couple cocktails which were very yummy! Maybe slightly more expensive than other restaurants but since breakfast was included we didn’t mind. About a 10 min walk along the beach to other hotel restaurants and a shop. Free paddleboards and kayaks to use. There’s a direct path (15 min walk) behind the resort to Lazy beach where we watched the most amazing sunsets both nights of our stay, would highly recommend!
