So I often eaten in Gyeongpo and took a taxi. - Not bad, but overall a little poor 1. No quilt, just a very thin cloth on the mattress 2. I can't lie down watching TV (only a mat on the double floor TV is below) 3. The terrace is small and the door is not locked 4. Spa bathtub is good. But dust comes out. A little lack of hot water. Spa facilities but no robes. Towels were a bit wet - Good point. 1. It's quiet and not ocean view, but the sea is very close 2. The rooftop barbecue place was good 3. ok to take pictures 4. It's a good place to take a lot of luggage I told you what you needed by text with the boss.

While clean, the room was much smaller than I anticipated. Check-in took an incredibly long time; I waited for three hours! They claimed to be following check-in numbers sent via KakaoTalk, but this wasn't actually the case. Someone making a lot of complaints was prioritized, and the whole situation was just chaotic. The room was surprisingly small and looked nothing like the photos. I was assigned to Building A, but the pictures on Trip.com were completely different from the room I received (I suspect they were of Buildings B and C). I initially wondered if the hotel had given me the wrong room, but upon re-examining the photos, the very last one did seem to be of Building A. Honestly, I feel deceived, having chosen the room based solely on those initial, misleading pictures. The swimming pool also incurs an additional charge of 80,000 KRW per person (I didn't use the pool). There's a bakery area, and its lobby is so close to the pool that everything is visible from there. While waiting for check-in, I had coffee in the lobby, and it felt rather awkward seeing people in their swimsuits so close by. Breakfast is divided into two time slots, so you must arrive at your allocated time. The coffee service, where staff pour it for you, was also quite inconvenient. Normally, one would get coffee from a self-service machine, but here there's a dedicated 'coffee zone' where you have to place an order with staff. When there's a queue, you end up waiting with your food in hand, which is truly inconvenient. And the coffee wasn't even exceptionally delicious. Despite having three staff members at the coffee zone, the whole process felt incredibly inefficient. The breakfast food itself, however, was tasty. Oh, and a quick note: Netflix isn't available in the rooms, haha. I honestly think the Lotte Resort, where I previously stayed, is far superior. Their rooms are much more spacious, the pool is complimentary, and it definitely has a more luxurious vibe. Breakfast at Lotte is also tastier, in my personal opinion (and you *can* watch Netflix there!). To sum up, Cassia offers breathtaking scenery. The breakfast was varied and delicious! However, I feel they haven't made effective use of the hotel's interior space. It's genuinely vast, and as you wander, you encounter tables, uncomfortable chairs, and very large art books on display, but it all feels a bit forced and out of place. I never felt like sitting down and relaxing on the chairs, which were also uncomfortable. The overall interior design felt somewhat unkempt and disjointed. It's a shame such a large space wasn't utilized more thoughtfully. Next time, I'll probably opt for Lotte Resort over Cassia.

The overall facilities and environment are decent, but the check-in and check-out times are completely unreasonable. You can't check in until 3 PM, yet someone was knocking on the door by 11 AM the next morning to rush us out, and they were quite rude about it, which really soured the experience. On top of that, the air conditioning in the room couldn't be adjusted, making it very inconvenient. I really hope the hotel can improve its service procedures and room amenities.

The check-in experience was disappointing. The front desk receptionist was rude, unfriendly, and impatient. As tourists who are not familiar with public transport online ticketing, we needed assistance, but the staff was not helpful. Better customer service and support for international guests are needed.

Great place! The beach is just a 2-minute walk away. The owner is calm and knows how to treat guests well. We celebrated two friends' birthdays there with our group, and we all loved it. There are big beds, a jacuzzi, a pool, and a BBQ area. Everything is beautiful and cozy. It's perfect for both family vacations and trips with friends.

Came to Korea and travelled to different provinces many times and this is hands down the best accommodation I have stayed at! The boss is super friendly and helpful, even when I forgot the card and left the room at 1.30am, the boss came out to help me get in immediately without any complaints though it was written that he ends work at 11pm 🙏 Boss also guided me to a shortcut to the bus stop when he saw me leaving on a longer route. Location is great with a convenience store nearby and beside the sea. Amazing place to catch the sunrise right outside the window. Pictures below were taken right outside the room. Room was beyond amazing as well with sufficient amenities and a comfortable bed. All in all a really relaxing place to stay at and be by the beach for awhile.

The room was clean and check-in was easy. I asked for a late check-out of 1-hour due to a marathon race and the receptionist agreed. However, the next day the hotel manager was knocking on the door and ushering me out telling me that check-out time is 12pm. I guess there was some miscommunication. Overall, a good stay.

The hotel was clean, but I found it a bit inconvenient that there wasn't a water dispenser in the lobby or hallway. The electric kettle in the room seemed old or poorly maintained, as it had some white residue inside, making it unhygienic. I had to go all the way to the main building's Blue Wing just to find a water dispenser, which was quite a hassle.

I was a bit disappointed by the limited number of convenience facilities and restaurants within the resort. There are a few more dining options if you drive out, but the parking is so cramped that I hesitated to move my car. The parking, which is limited to ground level and one underground floor, is incredibly difficult to navigate. Especially during check-in hours (3-4 PM), it's a parking war due to guests using the ski & board and water park for the day. A plus point, though, is the mobile check-in option, which helps avoid long waits to get your room number. Also, if you're using a stroller, be aware that when moving to the basement, the stroller path suddenly turns into stairs. So, for convenience, always use the outdoor path on the first floor. If you're going to the kids' lounge with a stroller, go towards Lotteria instead of Baskin-Robbins; it's right on the second floor. (The building itself has no elevator, only stairs.) This was my first time staying in the Green Wing condo, and the iron door closing, soundproofing, and people constantly smoking on the terrace (the smell kept coming in and was really annoying!) made me decide to avoid the Green and Orange Wings from now on.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel is a great option for a family of four, especially if you're comfortable sleeping on traditional floor futons. The beach right next to the hotel is peaceful and relaxing, making it a wonderful place to spend time with family. The only drawback was that most of the hotel amenities close around 9:00 PM. Extending the spa hours until at least 11:00 PM would greatly enhance the guest experience, especially for those returning from sightseeing later in the evening.
