I took my parents and stayed in the fine view suite with room upgrade on the spot. Not only the exterior of the hotel, but also the interior and furniture were made of top-notch materials, so it had a luxurious atmosphere and a comfortable feeling that was not burdensome at the same time. In particular, I was surprised at the attentiveness of being able to press the elevator in advance in the room, and I really rested well with the pine trees and wood tones planted on each terrace as if I were at home. This is definitely a ”no-no” for me but we were left with no other options but to accept the room. We were told that we had a late check-in and there is no more family rooms w double bed. I am not very happy as I had make sure that I booked a family toom w double bed. The hotel website also did not mentioned this either. Other than this, this hotel has a very nice view of the sea. Room is clean and spacious for a family room. Hotel has a nice cafe place, Starbucks, screen sports, supermarket, etc. There are also several restaurants nearby.

The location was great for exploring downtown Jinju. The room structure is unique. The closet storage was good and the sink was impressive. It was a hotel with a big TV, a very large bathroom, and comfortable beds. It's no secret that I was embarrassed because there were no tables to eat. I paid for 3 people, but an additional fee for 1 person was charged on site. There is no toothbrush or toothpaste, so be sure to bring your own. Ah...parking. I went up after reading the reviews, but I ended up scratching the right bumper. Don't let your guard down until the end and climb up slowly. Despite some inconveniences, we are doing well.

I used the Golden Lake Resort. It is a suite deluxe room. It was built in the 90s, but it was still well maintained and nice. There are also remodeled rooms and nice rooms when you enter in winter. It's a little frustrating when you're in Sinini, but the heater controller is in the living room, so I recommend turning it off. I'll go again next time. There is a big convenience store on the lobby floor, where you can eat cup rice and soup retort products. BBQ chicken can also be ordered and picked up at the cafe on the first floor.

From the reception staff, housekeeping and the restaurant, they are all very kind, courteous and helpful. The rooms and facilities on some floors were renovated. And the location is still one of the biggest positives of this hotel. Food assortment is still a little bit of issue specially if you are staying more than 3 days. Nevertheless, It is an excellent hotel with wonderful people.

It was a nice place to stay, with friendly and efficient people. I wanted to stay again but for some reason the price spiked the following week so I had to opt for a cheaper place. It is hit or miss if it is within range of what I am willing to pay for a hotel of that quality. Overall, it is a good place and I hope to stay there again.

It was clean and nice. I deliberately chose a place with a bathtub, which may be why the shower booth was small, but the bathtub attached to the toilet was spacious and nice. However, the TV has a function that automatically turns off if it is not operated for a certain period of time, but no matter what I do, it is not recognized as having been operated, so my companion and I were sweating in the middle. I wish there was a manual or some prior guidance regarding this.

I had some business to do in Miryang and came because there was a newly opened hotel about an hour away :) I booked a room for 3 people and it all included breakfast! The bedding in the hotel is very clean and the interior of the hotel is also clean. It's warm enough to sleep with the air conditioner on💕 I had a great stay 😊

This hotel is great! Located in a quiet and beautiful area near a beautiful lake. Our room was nice and very clean with all necessary amenities. Excellent service and very helpful staff members. Wonderful breakfast in AM. My husband and myself enjoyed greatly our time in this hotel.

The resort is very tidy and nice just after it was built. There are many cheap restaurants in the resort and the pool is beautiful !! And the sea view in the room is really good. I went to a couple and I think it would be better if I came to a family or group meeting.

I found this accommodation in a hurry and was very satisfied. I was satisfied with the size of the room, level of bedding, cleanliness, breakfast, and service, and I was able to drink beer. The rooftop is perfect as a hot spot. There is an indoor pool, but the pool is only for children, so don't expect too much. The breakfast bread and Korean food set is delicious and very neat.
