Extended Suites Ciudad Juarez Consulado

Overrall the property was well kept. Entrance to the hotel is kind of tricky as it appears after a curb and if you dont pay attention you miss it. The parking area was nice and convenient. Front office personnel was friendly and welcoming. There is not enough dishes, its on a first come basis. Pastries were good and so was the coffee. The room was presentable, only issues floor was a little dirty and the towel hooks were broken. And even though it does state room is not completely cleaned each day, only bed is made and trash is thrown it done happen each day.

It's an okay hotel, quite a bit dated and would desperately need some refurbishment - but good enough for a quick one night stay. The location is a bit out of the city, far from most restaurants / malls but there's free parking included in a private garage.

I had a reservation for 2 nights from July 8th to July 10th. My flight was delayed so I arrived at the hotel at midnight. The person in the reception toll me that my reservation did not exist and that the hotel was full. I had to look for another hotel in the middle of the night. Next morning I found that my credit card was charged for the night. I called to the hotel and ask to speak with Salvador Alba which is supposed to be the manager but he did not want to take my call saying that he was busy. I called later and he again did not take my call. I am going to escalate this matter with Wyndham since I always star in their hotels and never had this experience.

We stayed at this hotel for 12 days and we left behind many great friends! Amigos! ❤️ We loved our rooms, we had adjoining rooms, since we were traveling with our children! We enjoyed the small balconies overlooking the city! Be prepared for street noise if you have a room facing outside! The beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious, clean and accommodating! The staff at this hotel were phenomenal! I met so many great people! Oscar our shuttle man spoke English and was so helpful, he went up and beyond his duty! MUCHO GRACIAS! 😁 Hector (manager I think) was very helpful with reservations and made sure throughout our stay that we were taken care of! Carlos, Armando and so many others were very helpful and friendly! Our son really enjoyed the pool! The breakfast was Mexican fare, and I enjoyed their omelettes and fresh fruit 🍉 every morning!! The people who served breakfast were phenomenal!! Thanks for the great food!! This hotel will be my first choice if I return to Juárez in the future!
Hotel Mansion Tarahumara

I stayed at Hotel Mansion Tarahumara in May 2022, renting two rooms. One with a valley view and one with a canyon view. The rooms are dated, though some might say rustic. My valley view room was actually a log style cabin, the canyon view room slightly more modern. One room had lots of hot water, one only warm water. In one room the tap water ran yellow and smelled, the other was just fine. Lighting in the rooms was dim and lacking. Many bulbs were burned out. There are also not a lot of outlets for charging your phones, tablets or using a CPAP. The beds were comfortable and the place was quiet as there were few people staying there. Our check in was chaotic after we arrived from the train station on the hotel shuttle. They pick you up at the train station and will take you back too, but there is a small, per person reasonable fee. Since there are no taxis, you have no other options. Getting around in the area can be difficult, so ask lots of questions about the shuttle schedule when you arrive. Every web site says there is a restaurant there. It’s true, but it is not always open and neither is the bar. There are specific hours for each meal time. The price to eat, and drink was very reasonable and the service was great. But if you want to eat outside of their set hours, good luck. We arrived on the morning train from Creel and no breakfast was available for us after we checked in. In fact the front desk people told us to walk down the hill to another local option to eat. While it was inexpensive and wonderful, I found it odd that a hotel with its own restaurant would refuse us service. The hotel has a small store but it was not open during our stay. That means getting some bottled water, or buying that toothbrush you forgot is going to be difficult. For modern travelers, be advised reliable WiFi here is pretty non-existent. The hotel uses a mostly inconsistent satellite system. That is true not just at the hotel, but in the entire general area. And no, you can’t just use your data either, as overall cell coverage is pretty sketchy as well. The hotel, one of the oldest in the area, looks its age. And the hundreds of steps you must climb everywhere attest to it. This place is not handicapped accessible or for people with weak knees or hearts. There are steps everywhere, all at different and inconsistent heights and sizes. Remember, the altitude is above 7500 feet and depending on where your room is, you will have to climb hundreds of steps, potentially in the dark. This is especially true in the canyon view rooms. Would I stay here again? Probably not. When I vacation I want the details taken care of and this place was lacking in that regard. But… if you want to wake up to a great sunrise over the canyon at a fraction of the price of the other hotels in Divisadero, this is a good option. Just make sure you ask about the details, plan your meals, bring a flashlight and have strong legs!
Courtyard Chihuahua

Wonderful staff, clean, very modern rooms, great showers with good water pressure (which is always a must for me), comfortable and not hard mattresses which I seem to normally come across in Mexico, so I was surprised to see softer mattresses here. This hotel is in a wonderful spot in chihuahua, lots to do around and walk to. Breakfast buffet was great, and staff is very friendly. My trip was very quick so didn’t spend more than one night but would definitely stay there again.
Hampton Inn by Hilton Chihuahua City

The hotel is very well located, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and they have plenty of room in the hall if you want to work with your colleagues. On the downside, the room could have a better illumination and the breakfast could be better, especially the scrambled eggs. However, it is still a good option if you want to stay there for a few days on a business trip.

You don't need to go to any other hotel in chihuahua, Which is all right, very very clean but the most important thing is that Carlos Vazquez, the manager will receive you as no one will receive you so well in a hotel. It is a friendly and professional guy that can solve everything you ask. It is a very nice and functional hotel. Besides excellent location. When you come, you will realize.

The hotel was very good and the hotel was very good and the hotel was very good. worry if possible, at the arrival type 5 pm they had no baggage ... go you start with your baggage ... the small, old room and they think they had no hot water, the temperature was about 8 degrees 10 degrees or it's very cold at least for me who lives in Guadalajara, call the reception and 40 minutes later there was still no hot water ” that the boilers were shut off ” possible solution that would change my room ( already with the waste bags because I had two days of stay ) But oooo if it was a problem of the boilers I imagine it would be all the hotel or would they have boilers for each room ? the service to the bad room, don't bring you what you ask ... they forget food ... one day the Aztec soup has a style and the next horrible day they changed the chef ? The hotel is a very good hotel, and it is a very good hotel. what bad mouth taste ... a very bad experience ... Never return nor even if I was invited ... bad ... bad ...
