The only good thing about this hotel is the strategic location. We are disappointed by the bad room service provided by the hotel where room service has been requested but no staff was sent to clean up the room. When requested explicitly, the staff claimed that cleaning has been completed, but apparently the room is dirty

View from the room is absolutely breathtaking. The room is very huge with balcony, amenities in the room is complete (except there is no toothbrush & toothpaste provided), including efficient shuttle service from the lobby to the hilltop rooms, and the cool pool area. However, the area itself and some component of the room seems worn down. Regular maintenance check needs to be done to maintain absolute cleanliness of the whole area and the rooms.

Just arrived at the hotel and was informed that there was ongoing water pipe repair work outside, which caused a temporary water disruption during the daytime. We couldn’t shower or wash our hands for a while, which was quite inconvenient. Thankfully, the water supply returned to normal again in the evening. Front desk staff were still very polite and helpful throughout the situation. We booked the Deluxe Single Room, and the king-sized bed was very comfortable and spacious, enough for us two adults and our 2yo child, with plenty of extra space. However, the bed felt slightly damp when we first arrived, but it became better later at night. The hotel also has a family pool and direct beach access, which makes it a great place for families with kids to relax and unwind. The buffet breakfast menu was also quite rich with plenty of choices.

It was a beautiful experience. Our stay in Pullman Kuching is fun. The room is so comfortable and clean. We were surprised because my requests were granted and we were able to celebrate a late birthday celebration for my cousin. Also, the city view from our room is so beautiful and we can see the sunrise. We highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Miri Marriott Resort & Spa and had a pleasant experience. The beachfront setting and roomy accommodation created a calm and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The breakfast was fairly average. There was a decent spread that included basic hot dishes, eggs, pastries, bread, fruit, cereal, and a few local options, along with coffee and tea. While everything was acceptable and enough to start the day, the selection felt a little limited for a resort of this level, and there were no particularly memorable or premium items that stood out. It was perfectly fine overall, but it did not quite match the expectations one might have for a Marriott resort breakfast. Overall, it is a comfortable resort for a peaceful getaway, with lovely ocean views that add to the laid-back charm.

If you're going to Mulu, you really should stay at the Marriott. The rainforest is so hot, so it's super important to come back to the room, have a nice bath, and get a good night's sleep after a day of exploring. The service is decent, pretty standard. The A/C is nice and cool, and the hygiene is excellent. They also have shuttle buses to the airport and the park, although they do feel a bit like cattle trucks, haha.

the pool is great. the room was spacious. comfy bed. check in,we had to stand in line for a bit but the lady who checked us in was nice. there was wee problem with water dripping from the ac. we called front desk and that was taken  of immediately . the best is the pool. amazing pool. supermarket across the road and lotsa little restaurants  behind the hotel . easy to get a grab

Best decision ever..the accommodation is one of the best in kuching i guess The host prepares almost everything for a guest travelling with kids/families. The unit is new and very coz.y. Easy check in and out. No deposits and the host is very attentive.
