"Stayed here June 11-12 with family. We stayed at 2 Queen Bed good for 4 adults plus 2 kiddos. Room is clean, high floor for a bit of view. Just a bit crampled coz of space from wardrobe cabinet to bed is a bit small. The internet wifi is a bit unstable but its ok. The bathroom is spacious with complete toiletries included. They also have a mini kitchen , ref, microwave and utensils so all good if u wanted to save and buy foods outisde and reheat. They have resto called Romulo beside the lobby and a spa. Location wise is really good coz its near along the highway and just fronting Molito. Restaurants around the area is no problem, a 7/11 nearby and easy access even if u commute. Infinity Pool is nice as its on the penthouse area, kids enjoyed swimming early in the morning, they provide pool towel too. Breakfast is included in ur stay and its buffet style. We enjoyed the food they served such as garlic rice, scrambled egg, palabok, chicken bbq, pork adobo, beef tapa , champorado and tuyo, breads , cheese and coldcuts , fruits ,salads, juices and brewed coffee. I love the ambiance of the Restaurant cool and aesthetic to be honest. Stay here for an overnight is value for the money. We will book again for sure!"

"It's very nice experience. The staff are very professional and very helpful. The room is clean as well as other areas of the hotel. The location is very good near Ayala Mall, Parqal, Landmark Department Store although it's quite far from MOA. Breakfast is good but it would be better if they have sweeter local fruits. I recommend this hotel to stay in the Bay Area / MOA Definitely I will stay again in this hotel when I come back Philippines."

My stay was OK and the staffs were very approachable and very easy to deal with. We had a bit of a problem upon checking in but they rectified the issue and they even let us stay for extra two hours without any charge.

Unfortunately for me I didn’t get to stay here as I was notified this wasn’t available after I had booked it. Though I was redirected to another accommodation in a different location not far by the same host however this happened at midnight and I couldn’t say no as I was fatigued from the travel. Where I stayed wasn’t the same offered from this booking however the host did his best to accommodate me to the best of his ability, even upgrading my room the next day and allowing me to check out very late as my flight was at 11pm. Though it didn’t work out at first, it did in the end. Photos are from the upgraded room.

An amazing farewell stay at Grand Westside Manila Bay! I booked a family connecting room for our friend’s farewell before heading to the US, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, cheerfully accommodating our multiple requests for bottled water. Since their in-room massage was fully booked, we brought in a third-party therapist, and the hotel smoothly allowed them in without any hassle. We loved the seamless check-in/out, the welcome drinks, and they even waived our security deposit! The rooms were spotless, and the buffet was delicious. A truly memorable stay!

The bonus was we arrived very early. Like 8am. She told us we can check in early but it would be 2k pesos. We declined and hung out at the lounge. She told us we can check in for free at 10am. We had a visa appt, and originally booked a cheaper hotel. We saw the reviews of the other one and decided to cancel. We saw H20 had a kiddy area with slides and splash pad, so we decided to splurge and enjoy it. We booked for 4 days. Only to find out the splash area was under construction. The pool was freezing, so my 8 month didn’t want to get in. We went to the outside one and it was smelling like a septic tank or sea lions, or something.. and could use a cleaning. we didn’t stay long. Our fish tank was nice when the fish came, in our room But it was rare. We were the last room, so maybe they didn’t come down as much.. staff was friendly and accommodating . But when I asked if we could walk in the Aquirum since the kiddy pool was not working. They said no, it’s an extra payment. Trip gave me $39 in trip coins, that we used. But the feeding of penguins were the same price or more to do then the actual ticket to get in.

We arrived earlier than expected so we weren't sure if we could check in yet but we were able to do early check-in which was awesome. We stayed from July 19 to July 23 of 2026 They prepared a small amentity cake for us when they were informed we were traveling to celebrate us. At the front desk, everyone greeted us warmly and helped us a lot throughout our stay. Concierge left us a little confused because they struggled to answer back in English and gave us the wrong information on where to buy sim cards. We had the breakfast package for two. You were given meal cards that you had to present when you went to eat breakfast. Once you do, the lovely servers would guide you to a table and asked if you would like any coffee or tea. They would walk around and clear any empty plates to make sure you don't feel crowded at the table. We ordered drinks at the pool bar and the bartender was lovely to talk to. Despite it being just us there he welcomed us to the hotel and asked what we wished to do in Makati. Once we talked about food he began talking about many restaurants around the hotel that he believed we would enjoy. Please give him our thanks because we went to the restaurant (Manam) he recommended for good Filipino food and we absolutely loved it! The security at the hotel was very friendly and made sure everyone was safe and okay. Overall, our stay was fantastic and would recommend any of our friends and families to stay at the Makati Diamond Residents!

City Garden Suites

I recently stayed at City Garden Suites and would like to share both a commendation and some constructive feedback regarding my experience. First, I would like to highly commend Ms. Zsan for her outstanding service. After being assigned to a room that, while clean, had an unpleasant odor, I approached the front desk again for assistance. Ms. Zsan handled the situation with genuine care and professionalism. She went beyond simply checking the system—she actively coordinated with housekeeping via radio to personally verify room availability. Her initiative, attentiveness, and willingness to help truly define excellent customer service. She made us feel heard and valued, and her dedication reflects the kind of frontline service that leaves a lasting positive impression. On the other hand, I would like to offer constructive feedback regarding my experience with Ms. Acel. As a guest, first impressions matter, and my initial interaction with her during check-in was not very reassuring. When I inquired about the possibility of being assigned to a newly renovated room, I was informed that none were available, without much effort to further check or explore options. This gave me the impression that my request was not fully considered. The following day, when I needed to extend my stay, I spoke with her over the phone and requested an update regarding my concern, emphasizing the urgency as I needed to secure the current room rate online. However, after waiting for around 30 minutes without any callback, I had to follow up myself. During the follow-up, she asked for details I had already communicated earlier, which made it seem like the information was not properly noted or attended to. On the third day, I needed to extend my booking again. To avoid the same experience, I went directly to the front desk. Unfortunately, she was again the one available. Despite my previous experience, I still chose to give her another chance, hoping for a better interaction. However, the experience remained the same. Because of this, instead of extending my stay further, I decided to transfer to another hotel. I hope this feedback is received constructively. Frontline staff play a crucial role in shaping the overall guest experience. While Ms. Zsan demonstrated exceptional service and professionalism, there is an opportunity for improvement in consistency, attentiveness, and proactive assistance. With the right focus on these areas, guest satisfaction can be greatly enhanced.

This was my second stay here. Last time, I stayed in a junior suite which was spacious and comfortable. My daughter specifically requested we come back again. The room was clean, and I really enjoyed a relaxing soak in the bathtub. The breakfast has really improved since my last visit; there's a greater variety now, and the portions are so generous it hardly feels like a breakfast – I was extremely satisfied.

The hotel's overall facilities are a bit dated. The lobby doesn't really look like a Marriott either, to be honest. However, it's well-maintained, and the cleanliness is excellent. The service is standard Southeast Asian style. During check-in, I had an issue with my credit card and couldn't process the deposit. The front desk lady was decisive and let us check in directly without the deposit, which was very nice. The hotel breakfast, on the other hand, was a pleasant surprise with a wide variety of options.
