GGuest UserRoom was upgraded to superior. Water available at check in and coffee offered. Dinner was excellent, service very good from all staff. Lemonade made in house was very good. Complimentary drinks in fridge in room, also coffee machine with pods and a range of different tea bags. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast buffet very good with freshly cooked scrambled eggs and bacon. Spa facilities open till 9p.m. ideal location in the centre of town.

GGuest UserBig hotel a short walk from the train station. Hotel has 2 pools both cold. The hotel does not have an iron for guests to use. Rooms are dated but clean. Breakfast was continental style. Same food every day. Wait staff were friendly. We had a problem with the mosquitos in the room which was promptly dealt with. Nice gardens surrounding the hotel.

LLaluoxieersimazhaoIn the central area of Fatima, walking distance to the main attractions around, the room is small, clean and tidy, and there is free parking. The location of Google Maps is not at the entrance of the lobby, but drives tens of meters through the lobby.

SSofia R RamosA very charming hotel, the officials of an extreme sympathy, very lovely, worried and attentive. The cleaning was impeccable from the rooms, to the garden and the pool and jacuzzi area. The charm and glamour decoration of the grandmothers is also a pleasant atmosphere.The breakfast and restaurant are very tasty.We love the weekend.Ideal for any kind of romantic or family stay.

GGuest UserJá estive a muito tempo nesse hotel, e agora me surpreendeu pela negativas em alguns aspetos:
O spa agora só tendo direito a 1 hora por dia.
O elevador demora muito tempo.
De resto o restaurante continua com boa comida e atendimento, e o staff do hotel continua bem dispostos e educados.

공조시스템이 여름으로 설정이 되어있어서 그런다고함

로비는 히터가 작동이 되어서 따뜻하였습니다.
그러면서 우리한테 담요를 한장씩 더준다고 하더라고요

GGuest UserIt was a very pleasant experience, the location of the accommodation is excellent, the equipment is relatively new and in good condition, the hospitality and the quality of the professionals was irreprensible, the food offered for breakfast is varied and excellent, the management ”Pet Friendly” is exemplary and highlighting.
Comments on the suggestion of improvements:
- bathrooms in the area of the indoor pool (inexistent), which is almost uncomfortable in winter, travels from/to accommodations versus indoor pool/sauna/turk bath are distressing;
- The rooms could have more room for customer clothes, the toilets should have towel supports in conditions, than those presented (loose vertical bamboo support “=” stair);
- The prices of the local restaurant are exaggerated (do not attract many guests)! ? ...
