It was my third or fourth stay here and it was great as always! The location on the beach is brilliant, the environment very nice.. rooms big and well equipped.. restaurant on the beach also okay, do not expect super quality meal, more average and overpriced, beer quite expensive (sometimes served hot, not cold).. only one dislike, they always charge +3% when you pay the bill by a card (with their overpriced prices they should have this already included in the price). The overall experience is very good and those minor things which I didn't like.. well, I will survive.

Although the Kasha Hotel is not big overall, there are some, the rooms and infinity pools are very good, the hotel butler is very good, and the price is only 1700 for one night. Sangdao and Seychelles are really cheaper than it is.

Это был наш последний (3-й) отель на Занзибаре, основная цель - спокойный отдых на океане. Выбором остались довольны. РАСПОЛОЖЕНИЕ. Отель не на 1-й линии, но до океана идти около 5-ти минут пешком. Недалеко от отеля есть все необходимые места - рестораны, где можно вкусно поесть и посмотреть шоу, несколько разных пляжей, рынок с сувенирами и даже алкошоп). Рядом с отелем школа и стадион - довольно интересно наблюдать за местными жителями. ОТЕЛЬ. Их 2 от одного хозяина, можно пользоваться инфрастуктурой обоих. Территория небольшая но уютно, ухожено и всё есть - бассейны, бары, рестораны. НОМЕРА. Мы выбрали этот отель во многом из-за наличия большого семейного номера, где можно комфортно разместиться вчетвером. Наш выбор оправдался - номер из 2-х комнат, огромная лоджия, где вечером открывается красивый вид на подсвеченные бассейны и улицы. Минусы: номер слегка усталый, требует ремонта. Для аудио-чувствительных людей может быть испытание ночными звуками: кукарекание петуха, пение муэдзина, каркание ворон. Но это точно не претензия к отелю). Номер на 3-м этаже, лифта нет. В номере куча всяких подсветок и раздельных световых зон - удобно и красиво. ПЕРСОНАЛ. Выше всяких похвал. Все очень любезны, помогают с любыми вопросами. Общались даже с владельцем отеля - очень приятный человек, помог нам решить некую заминку при заселении и потом помогал с разными вопросами. ЗАВТРАК. Практически идеальный по местным меркам - есть вся необходимая еда: блюда из яиц на заказ, сосиски/бекон, свежие овощи, салаты, хлопья, соки, много видов хлеба и выпечки, фрукты, десерты. Разве что кофемашины не хватает - кофе только растворимый, но это почти везде так на Занзибаре. ОКЕАН. Несколько пляжей радом, чистейшая вода, на западной стороне отливов, которые мешаеют купанию, нет. Зато есть потрясающие закаты - не пропустите! ПАРКОВКА. Мы приехали на арендной машине, оставили до утра на внутренней охраняемой парковке. Ну и МИНУСЫ. По сути он у нас был один - несмотря на предоплаченную бронь сразу наш семейный номер нам не дали - почему-то в их системе бронирования наша бронь проходила как 2 двухместных номера. Решали около часа, но потом вмешался хозяин и проблему решили. Номером мы в целом остались довольны. ИТОГ. Отель рекомендуем, хороший выбор по соотношению цена/качество.

The hotel is in good condition and clean. I stayed for one night and wanted to rest after a long trip. I checked in late around 2000hrs and stayed in what looked to be like a new block that was still unfinished. This block did not have power until after 2300hrs. Apart from that, the staff are friendly and restaurant service is good. Only minimal amenities are provided in the room.

Very good hotel. Except for the bad road when driving in, everything else is great. They prepared cakes when they knew it was our birthday and sang happy birthday during dinner. Breakfast and dinner were both good. The car battery was dead when we left on the third morning. The electricity was turned on, and the hotel helped to connect it. Thank you very much!

A very good experience. Whether it is accommodation, facilities or exclusive beach, they are all great. The restaurant is Jua Grill, which is really beyond your imagination. Don't choose Asian restaurants, you need to avoid them. Muyuni beach club does not require reservations for lunch, and the taste is still good. The buffet restaurant has BBQ every Saturday night, which is very unique. The hotel is good overall.

The rooms are all very old, the plumbing is all bad, the air conditioners are old and sometimes don't work, the staff is constantly doing something outside, rolling their carts with a rumble, and also talking loudly to each other and it is impossible to be in the room or near the pool, since the staff is constantly doing something. There is no peace in the hotel, and all thanks to the staff. They cheat and do not return the deposit for towels! The only plus is the location of the hotel, since it has its own exit to the beach. But when you go out to the beach you are attacked by Masai and other people with excursions! It's a wild hell!

The hotel is located on one of the best beaches in the north of the island, approximately 1.20 hours from the airport. The property was very well maintained and well-maintained. There was security at both the main entrance and the beach area, so I never felt unsafe. The internet worked perfectly throughout the hotel, so I had a signal even on the beach, except for the last day when it didn't work properly for a short while. The room was quite large, as was the bathroom, and everything was in good condition. All the outlets had USB ports and could also connect different types of cables, so there was no need for adapters. They also provided complimentary water every day. Absolutely all the staff, including reception, security, the restaurant, etc., were very friendly throughout. The breakfast was very complete and lacked nothing. The lunch and dinner menus at the buffet restaurant were generally good as well, with daily variations. It also has an à la carte restaurant where the food was good and reasonably priced. The only negative thing to mention was that there could have been more lounge chairs around the pool, as there was room for more, certainly at least eight or ten. Also, the all-inclusive package had several restrictions, such as excluding premium drinks. However, some drinks shouldn't have been considered premium; brands like Absolut, JB, Bacardi, etc., should be the minimum. Finally, there were a few power outages that lasted no more than a few seconds, but that seemed to be more a problem with the area than the hotel itself, and it didn't cause any major inconveniences either. In short, everything was excellent, with some minor issues that were easily resolved, but if I returned to Zanzibar, I would probably stay at the same hotel.
