The hotel's location is excellent, right around the corner from the subway station. It's also very convenient to walk to Broadway. Despite being in a busy area, the room was surprisingly quiet.
The hotel's elevator system is a bit unique; you need to enter your floor on a central control panel first. Once you get used to it, it's fine.
Overall, highly recommend!

Guest UserWe had an amazing time I went with my sister for my 52th Birthday. Everyone at the resort was great, and the best part is its location. You can actually walk to Canada from the hotel! It’s less than a 30 minute walk to the border, but make sure you bring your passport and a few quarters for the bridge toll back to the USA, which is only $1.25.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered room service and were impressed with the quick delivery and beautiful presentation. The resort also offers several dining options, a full casino, a spa, and a pool, making it a well- rounded destination whether you’re there to relax or explore.

Guest UserThe hotel is very tasteful. The location is good. The bathroom is slightly smaller, but the layout in the center of New York is not bad. The overall decoration is very fond of the age. I will live again next time.

The breakfast selection was fantastic, featuring congee, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, salmon, cheese, various yogurts, and even dumplings. Of all the hotels in New York, this one likely caters best to Chinese tastes. I was particularly pleased to be able to enjoy two bowls of congee for breakfast. Plus, the room was very clean.

Great location, good restaurant, and comfortable beds. The location inside Saratoga Springs Park is very nice. The hotel is older and it definitely shows. We booked a Deluxe King which was large and had a walk in closet. The bathroom was small though and the room was not very well cleaned.

The room was clean. It was in a wing of the complex that was separate from the main building and we had to cross an outdoor garden to get there. The toilet got clogged and maintenance arrived in 10 minutes to unclog. The Ac/heating unit was loud and kept going on and off all night. The buffet breakfast included was excellent in a lovely spacious dining area.

Staff was gracious and friendly, bar was awesome and entertainment was great. Morning cafe options were good and appreciate the free coffee! Rooms were spacious and clean, beds were comfortable and love the king size bed! Bathroom had some stains on wall that could have been cleaned easily so that was a little gross. Shower was not super warm but was ok. Was with a (well behaved) hockey group and I know staff was struggling with another team who was not cooperating with expectations and I felt bad for them, lots of credit to them for their patience. Overall would 100% stay here again.

The Deluxe Room was beautifully appointed—quiet, immaculate, and designed with a timeless elegance that reflects the hotel’s historic character. The bed was especially comfortable, and the room layout made it easy to relax and unwind after a long day.
The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive. Common areas are stunningly restored, blending classic New York grandeur with modern comfort. Everything—from the lobby to the elevators—felt meticulously maintained.
The location is unbeatable. Being in the heart of Midtown made it effortless to get to meetings, restaurants, and landmarks. Despite the central location, the hotel felt like a calm retreat from the city’s energy.
Overall, my stay was smooth, comfortable, and memorable. I would gladly return and highly recommend the Waldorf Astoria to anyone seeking a luxurious and well‑run hotel in New York.

iseeyOverall, my stay at the Trump Hotel was pretty mixed. The decor is a bit dated, but all rooms come fully equipped with kitchen facilities. This is par for the course at Trump Hotels — after all, the upper floors are residences. I requested my folio at check-out, but three days passed and I still hadn’t received it. When I followed up, it turned out they’d gotten my email address wrong. The food was very good, which makes sense — the restaurant is run by a Michelin-starred chef.
