The bus departs on time. The arrival time doesn't take into account the traffic jams we experienced. We arrived at Kawaguchiko two hours later than scheduled. The return trip was an hour later. I would also like more detailed instructions for finding the platform; we had to walk around the building twice because Google Maps doesn't work well inside buildings.

We tried to buy tickets two hours before departure, and customer service said there were some difficulties. The staff tried their best to resolve the system error and were able to get tickets literally 15 minutes before departure (we agreed to wait). Overall, they won't leave us in the lurch; they'll try to resolve the issue or find an alternative. We've already purchased our return tickets through them.

I booked this place because of the great reviews on Trip.com, and it was absolutely delicious. The meat was incredibly tender, and the king crab and lobster were especially delicious. Since it's all-you-can-eat, you might be a little self-conscious about ordering, but it was incredibly convenient to be able to order using a tablet. The side dishes were just as delicious as the main meat and seafood dishes!

Great experience! Very friendly & knowledgeable staff. Great directions and explanations during the process...and very reasonable! I came solo, but it would also be great for couples or a small group. Definitely recommended!

Highly recommended experience. It's so much fun driving around Tokyo in Cars-themed cars. We were on the tour with Ayrton Seymour and it was fantastic. They take photos of you during the tour, so you get a great souvenir.
