Great day to for our family to Mt Fuji. We were lucky to get a glimpse of Mt Fuji as the clouds cleared which is rare in July. Driver was on time, professional and helpful, car was clean. We requested baby seats and they were provided.★

A huge thank you to Director Liu for giving us a joyful, relaxing, and rewarding day. His explanations were engaging and informative, providing a wealth of new knowledge. He also allowed ample time for rest along the way, ensuring a smooth and professional schedule without rushing or pressure. We saw many elementary school students learning at Dongzhao Temple, and also encountered many Russian tourists. Unfortunately, due to heavy fog and rain, we couldn't see the full view of Huangyan Waterfall, only hearing the loud roar of the water. The most memorable aspects for me were the tranquil lake, the beautiful environment, and the various national treasure-level buildings featured in the film, especially Longming Temple. A truly worthwhile trip!★

Since learning about the travel pass, I've been making sure to get this for my Tokyo trips. This time around, I opted for the QR code, which was convenient to use as we didn't have to look for a machine to retrieve the physical pass. The only downside to this one would be there is usually only one turnstile with the QR scanner. And some stations, don't recognize the pass so you may have to go through the station booth beside it to pass through. I experienced this in Shibuya station.
Other than that, it's convenient and saves you money especially if you're going to different locations in Tokyo.
If buying multiple passes, you can also share the pass to other users so they can use it directly on their phones.★

The overall itinerary was well-planned. Although the weather wasn't great, with overcast skies throughout and us missing the chance to see Mount Fuji, which was a slight disappointment, I'm especially grateful to our tour leader, Mr. Chen. His service was meticulous and attentive, and his explanations were clear. My son unfortunately lost his AirPods at a service area, and I was extremely anxious. Thankfully, Mr. Chen kindly helped coordinate with various parties to help retrieve the earphones. Having a reliable tour leader to handle unexpected situations in a foreign country was very reassuring. Mr. Chen was responsible and dependable, and the experience was excellent. I would definitely choose him again and recommend him to everyone.★

A good trip is closely related to the driver. Our driver was enthusiastic and attentive, introducing many scenic spots along the way and answering our questions about customs from time to time. He arranged the itinerary and time reasonably and explained the precautions for sightseeing in great detail.
