Things to do in Tokyo

Of course it was an unforgettable experience, first time in Japan, first time in Disneyland!

Our family trip to Tokyo DisneySea in March 2026 was one of the highlights of our Japan holiday. The cool, comfortable early spring weather made exploring the park all day much more enjoyable.Travelling 100% by public transport from Asakusa was surprisingly easy. Since we couldn’t experience every ride, we planned ahead and prioritised the attractions we really wanted to try. Understanding Disney Premier Access (DPA), Standby Pass, and Entry Request helped us make the most of our day.Despite the long queues, DPA allowed us to enjoy several popular attractions much earlier. We experienced around 10 rides, with Anna and Elsa’s Frozen Journey and Peter Pan’s Never Land Adventure being our favourites.We also shopped for T-shirts and Disney merchandise before ending the day with the beautiful Sky Full of Colors fireworks. A truly magical family experience filled with unforgettable memories.

The night view is beautiful, but the weather must be good, otherwise the outdoor areas are closed. Taking the subway is very convenient, there are many restaurants inside the building, and the surrounding area has a thriving commercial sector. It's worth a visit when you go to Tokyo, but be sure to plan ahead and buy tickets for the evening.

It’s very nice. Very scenic and pretty. I went there during last winter with friends. And trust me, whn you reach there, your first impression will be “wow”!!! The mount is fully covered w snow, and it looks so pretty. It’s definitely worth a visit .

Yes, it gets extremely crowded (especially weekends, holidays, and peak midday hours), but that energy is part of its charm for many. Go early or late and the experience becomes almost serene.

Despite the fact that there are always a lot of people , I love this street ! It has this unique atmosphere.

I really enjoyed my visit to Tokyo Skytree and chose the combo ticket, which gave access to both the Tembo Deck and Tembo Galleria. I definitely think the combo was worth it for a first visit because the higher level gives you an even more impressive perspective over Tokyo.The views were incredible and really give you a sense of just how massive the city is. Everything was well organized, the facilities were clean, and moving between the different observation levels was easy.Overall, it was a great experience and one of the highlights of my time in Tokyo. I would recommend the combo ticket, especially if it is your first visit and the weather is clear.

Electronic ticketing was very convenient. Upon arrival, I simply scanned the code to enter. Throughout the visitor platform, a staff member provided explanations and accompaniment; the service was excellent. Before setting off, I checked the weather forecast, which predicted the best visibility between 4-6 PM, around 20 kilometers, so I went up the tower at 4:30 PM. There weren't many people, and I leisurely walked around the tower twice, getting a panoramic view of Tokyo – very impressive! 👍 The only slight disappointment was that there were clouds over Mount Fuji, so I couldn't see it.
