Thank you so much for the driver's warm and thoughtful service. I was worried about communication issues, but he spoke good English. He was very careful to pick me up on time, using my name tag, and checked my destination. I wanted to visit a beach on the way, and he even stopped to recommend one. On our way back, we were stuck in traffic and took a bit longer, but he didn't charge extra. Thank you so much 🙏

No issues with redemption of the tickets upon arrival. It was fast and seamless. Since I had to take the BTS to various places, getting this one day ticket makes the most sense. I did not need to line to get tickets every time I needed a ticket. This saved me a lot of time.


