Your dining experience is limited to 90 minutes. Please arrive on time as late arrivals will result in reservation cancellation. This booking service primarily covers labor costs. After sending the confirmation email, we do not accept refund requests due to subjective reasons (including but not limited to itinerary changes, late arrivals, or other circumstances preventing dining).
This product only includes the booking fee and no other fees.
A minimum of 2 people must be booked for this product, with a maximum of 6 people per booking. The names and email addresses of diners cannot be reused for other bookings. This dining service has no age restrictions, and guests of all ages must be included in the booking count.
The service language for all 4 restaurant staff members is Japanese. Multilingual iPads are available for ordering in the restaurant.
After receiving the email from the official website (info@mail-pokemon-cafe.jp), simply present the email to the staff at the restaurant counter to dine. This email cannot be forwarded to other email addresses or transferred to others, otherwise the restaurant may cancel your reservation.
You may enter the restaurant only after the staff has verified your reservation. Please arrive 10 min early to queue, as there may be a wait during peak dining hours. Any late arrivals or no-shows will be considered as voluntarily giving up the reserved seats.
Each booking allows a maximum of 6 diners. If you have more than 6 diners, please make additional separate bookings. Each diner's first name and email can only be used for one booking.
To prevent guests from failing to receive emails due to incorrect email addresses, we may send an email to verify your address. Please pay attention to the confirmation email sent by Trip.com after placing your order.
