Yesterday's day trip to Mount Fuji was very satisfying. Although Mount Fuji appeared and disappeared intermittently, seeing its snow-capped peak was still a pleasant surprise. Our driver, Xiao Yang, drove smoothly and was very patient. Although the itinerary he received listed Oishi Park as the first stop, which differed from what was shown on Ctrip, he discussed it with his company and took us to the Kawaguchiko Cherry Blossom Festival instead, effectively giving us an extra attraction. A big thumbs up to him for his proactive communication and dedication to ensuring tourist satisfaction! 👍🏻★

Overall, I was very satisfied with the trip. Yesterday, I decided to go to Mount Fuji today, but the small group tour was sold out, and I was a little worried about the quality of the large group. However, from the moment I booked, the customer service was very professional and patient, helping us confirm the itinerary and responding promptly. This morning, our tour guide, Ms. Ling, arrived exceptionally early. After gathering, we boarded the bus and set off. The driver was Japanese and very kind, politely greeting us every time we got on and off the bus. I especially want to mention our tour guide, Ms. Ling. She was approachable, humorous, and her explanations were lively and interesting. Her questions were highly interactive, making the whole trip relaxed and enjoyable. Moreover, Ms. Xu is a foodie, and her food recommendations were absolutely amazing—you can't go wrong with her recommendations! Also, we missed takoyaki, and Ms. Ling brought some back for us—so thoughtful! On the return trip, she even recommended other must-see spots in Tokyo, adding extra to our day trip. Even after the tour ended, she continued to answer my questions in the group chat—kudos!★

The tour guide and driver were both very nice! The itinerary matched the promotional materials, but they were also flexible enough to accommodate our needs. Since it was a day tour, we consulted the tour guide and driver for advice on getting to the airport, which was very helpful! On the way back, they even took a slightly longer route to drop us off at our destination for the evening, which was very convenient! Highly recommend tour guide Jin and driver! ʕ ᵔᴥᵔ ʔ We basically visited all the popular photo spots, and the tour guide also pointed out good locations for taking pictures. There was also plenty of free time, making it great value for money. We had a lot of fun! 😁★

The service was incredibly responsive throughout. I inquired months in advance, and the staff were all very friendly. Our guide, Mr. Long, was also fantastic! His service was absolutely amazing – a superb smile! His driving skills were top-notch, he was very punctual, and we chatted and laughed the whole way. He even recommended some attractions and good restaurants! He was also very thoughtful (providing directions to restrooms, dining options, etc.). The weather was perfect too! Absolutely amazing! They also have tours to Izu!! And this year's mild winter meant the cherry blossoms in Izu bloomed a few days ago! Everyone, go for it!!! Contact the shop and make your plans now!!! Be sure to wear sunscreen, as the sun is incredibly strong!!
