A very good option for getting from Hanoi to Sapa and back. Book your ticket online, and an agent will contact you via messenger with detailed information about the trip. They're always available and ready to respond if any problems arise. First, you'll be picked up from your hotel (if you're staying in the old town) in a small minibus and driven about 30 minutes to the company office, where you'll transfer to a larger sleeper bus. The departure was a little delayed, but it wasn't a big deal. The bus itself is very comfortable, with a pillow, blanket, headphones, water, and even a massage chair. It's great to sleep in both the upper and lower berths. Returning from Sara, you'll also be picked up from your hotel; you can go straight from the bus station near the market. There are two 25-minute stops along the way, where you can go to the restroom and grab a bite to eat. Thank you very much, everything was great.★

Very fast and efficient. We were met in Nha Trang and taken straight to a separate customs line. The whole process took 5 minutes, both there and back. They'll send you a WhatsApp message with the meeting location and an approximate time 24 hours in advance.★

Super good deal! The value exceeds the money spent. It took me only 7 mins plus from the aero bridge (which was berth at the extreme end of the airport) to clearing the immigration.
The communicated instructions was clear, and the staff waiting just before the arrival hall with my name placard was great guiding me to the fast track clearance lanes, where there was a super long queue just beside for the normal immigration clearance.
However I am sure that since I did not having any check in luggage help too.
I strongly recommend this service to anyone who is in a rush to clear immigration, or simply hates the hassle of waiting in line.★

I went to Vietnam with my family, and thanks to the Fast Track, we were able to get out right away without the kids getting tired. I highly recommend this to anyone traveling with children! The immigration line was super long, but we just zipped right through it! It's seriously the best.
