the sleeper bus was great but i believed it was a direct trip to Hanoi Old Quarter, it surprisingly arrived at Hồng Tiến and i had to wait for the shuttle under the rain. In hindsight it's pretty obvious the sleeper bus would have had a very hard time getting to the "HK Buslines - Old Quarter" office due to its size★

An excellent bus; unfortunately, you can't ride one like this in Russia. It's very comfortable; you don't get tired at all, even after several hours on the road. They also offer hotel transfers! I recommend the G8!★

A company representative kept in constant contact with us, sending us all the information in advance. On the day of the trip, the driver also contacted us. We were picked up from the hotel in a small car and driven to the pickup point, where we transferred to a limousine. The trip went very quickly.★
