Everything worked well with the Naples Pass. The Pompeii audio guide is not recommended at all. Herculaneum was great, with good audio guides.

Be sure to bring a water bottle if you head on to Pompeii. It was insanely hot in 2019. I also brought a snack banana, apple and an egg… despite the amazing lunch the fruit helped with my heat induced headache. Must wear comfortable shoes! I chose driving moccasins because I wanted my Italy photos to look as nice as the places I visited. I absolutely loved the guides, both the driver and the Pompeii guide. It was a good day. This time around I’m going to book tours around the coast since I’m “training” from Rome to Sorrento then Sorrento to Florence. I’ve enjoyed *** tours in the States but I do love my Italy :)
