This was such a great experience, for two out of three of us it was our first time at this exhibit. The tour guide met us and handed us our earpieces, and we were able to easily navigate entrance in the tour process with them. I definitely recommend going this route for first timers!

Reviews: Florence: Duomo Complex and Giotto's Bell Tower Entry Ticket
Guest User2026-10-03
There was a lot of scaffolding. The bell tower was completely covered on the top floor, and we didn't know it. It's very difficult to understand the different names and access points for the monuments in question. We thought we would have access to the dome, but that wasn't the case because we hadn't properly understood the description of the excursion. Clearly, many tourists also misunderstood.

Our tour guide, Eleonora, was simply fantastic: knowledgeable, clear in her explanations, and able to share the city's history, art, and curiosities in an engaging and never boring way. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience the city in an authentic and unique way. A huge compliment to Eleonora: professional, kind, and truly excellent.

We have taken many diderent tours around the world and by far, Gabrielle was the nicest most approachable and joyful guide we've ever had. Our bus driver (David) drove like an actual human and even offered refreshments for us. Would definitely recommend.

Reviews: From Florence: 1-day tour to Cinque Terre and Pisa
Guest User2026-08-27
This was an all-English tour. Several groups met at the same time in the morning. After checking in at Wondercity, about 20 of us took a bus and then transferred to a train to Cinque Terre. The tour guide recommended restaurants with set menus. There was plenty of time to explore in one day, but the weather was too hot. I couldn't download WeChat to join the group, so communication was a bit difficult. The tour guide didn't pay special attention to me, so I had to keep up myself, which made me feel a little less involved. We followed the itinerary, visited all the attractions, and everything went smoothly. No one in the group was late. I would recommend it.
