I had an excellent experience with this car share service. From booking to drop-off, communication from both the agent and driver was outstanding. I booked a 7–9 seater and informed them I had three suitcases. The agent gave clear instructions and exact pick-up/drop-off details. Due to local traffic restrictions, they couldn’t drop me at my hotel, but they arranged and paid for a taxi for the final leg, which I really appreciated. At the start of the trip, I felt anxious as the vehicle was full and luggage had to be placed inside the passenger area, which was overwhelming for me as I can be claustrophobic. However, the booking agent stayed in contact via WeChat, reassured me, and helped me stay calm. The journey went smoothly and felt quicker than expected. We had a rest stop after about 1.5 hours with clean Western-style toilets. Overall, the agent and driver were friendly, professional, and very supportive. Despite my initial anxiety, they ensured I arrived safely and comfortably

We hired a driver for 8 hours for a day trip to Snow Jade Mountain & Blue Moon Valley,. We purchased the cable car tickets separately, and once the booking was confirmed, the itinerary was planned with the driver via WeChat. The driver was very good and having our own car gave us a lot of flexibility. We could start and finish the day at our own pace, without having to follow a fixed schedule. We also appreciated avoiding the crowds and rigid schedule of tour groups, which we saw plenty of throughout the park. Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable way to explore the area, and we would definitely recommend having a private driver for the flexibility and ease it provides.

Our tour guide Sifu Wang was very friendly and helpful in explaining all the itinerary details to us. The time allocated for each places we visited is also sufficient. The view was stunning on the day we went, luckily the weather was on our side.

I was very satisfied with this tour. Our driver, Ming, was humorous and considerate; he stopped to let us take pictures when we saw beautiful scenery along the way, and he drove steadily. Tiger Leaping Gorge is magnificent and well worth the visit. The biggest surprise was Baishuitai, it was absolutely stunning! If you're passing through Shangri-La, you must see it, it's incredibly beautiful! Ming's license plate number is attached in the picture.
