Throughout the trip, he constantly paid attention to everyone's needs, proactively helping with photos and finding the best angles, creating many wonderful memories. His care for the elderly and children was particularly meticulous, ensuring their comfort and enjoyment during the journey. His lively and engaging explanations, incorporating historical stories and local culture, made the attractions more vivid and meaningful. The itinerary was well-planned, with a good balance of pace and relaxation, allowing us to visit all the attractions in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. He was also very good at interacting with tourists, patiently answering all kinds of questions, so we not only learned something new but also felt warmth and care during the trip.
