We had a bit of trouble meeting up, but it was because we were too early, and the other tour guides kindly helped us out, and we were able to meet our guide, Chen, without any problems. (The AI chat's answers were completely nonsensical and useless.) The tour was fantastic, and thanks to Chen's fluent Japanese, we were able to efficiently cover areas of the itinerary that we would never have been able to cover on our own, so we were very satisfied. We had unfortunate weather at Gaomei Wetlands, so we'd like to go back and get revenge.★

Our driver, Brother Zeng, was incredibly dedicated and responsible, and his driving skills were excellent! I usually get carsick, but this time I didn't experience any motion sickness or discomfort at all. He provided thorough explanations of the sights and constantly encouraged us to take photos, haha. He even had a pretty complete set of photography equipment, showing a real commitment to getting great shots for his customers, haha! I highly recommend joining a small group tour; they pick you up and drop you off at your hotel, which is perfect for solo travelers!!★

Highly recommend this tour! Our 6 person group had a comfortable Mercedes Benz van and our English speaking driver/guide Howard was very friendly. The schedule was quite flexible and as we spent more time at one destination, we chose not to go to some other places which Howard was happy to accommodate. Overall wonderful experience and this tour made the whole day a lot easier to organise!★

Excellent!! The driver was very attentive and responsible, and drove very smoothly. I usually get carsick, but I didn't get carsick at all on the mountain roads of Alishan this time!! He also gave us detailed introductions at the scenic spots and took us to take photos 😭 He was so responsible; I didn't expect to get such a great customized tour for this price.★

Had a really great time despite the cold weather and drizzle. It was really cold, please do check weather in advance as items such as gloves, jacket and leggings are quite expensive up there. Woody was very knowledgeable in explaining about the forest and history. Train was super cramped and really didn't seem to matter much if you take it or not. Cherry blossom was very pretty. Didn't see waterfall. Overall, I had lots of fun!
