It was my first time using it, and I think it's good value for the price. Even if you take the Rapit or a limousine, getting to the hotel is a hassle, so it was nice that they took me there comfortably. However, there is a transfer point in the middle, which was a bit confusing because there was no prior notice about it. It takes a little longer, so you should allow plenty of time. It wasn't difficult to find after exiting the arrival hall, and since I only waited about 20 minutes to board, I didn't have to wait long, which helped relieve fatigue. I plan to use it again next time.

I was 16 weeks pregnant and on a babymoon trip, so I booked this service to ensure comfortable transportation to my accommodation, and I am extremely satisfied!!!!!!! Upon arrival at the airport, if you go to the information booth as instructed, a staff member will kindly guide you to the bus stop. I initially thought we would all be taken to our accommodations together on the bus, but we transferred to a van midway to take us to nearby accommodations grouped together!! I am very satisfied with the convenient transportation for the price! I think I will use this service again next time~!

Our driver Yan Yan is extremely kind, helpful and efficient. She was patient, directing and taking us to the popular destinations that we could enjoy in Tokyo and Hakone. We really enjoyed the sceneries while she drove steadily through the narrow and winding roads to ensure our safety. She always ready and quick to pick us up at any agreed locations. Our flight delayed for two hours at midnight but Yan Yan was there to pick us up with no complaints. Our next driver, Mr Wang for Kyoto trip kindly showed us the way to Sannenzaka as it was a crowded area. Yuki was friendly and recommended us places we would enjoy in Osaka. She was always ready to pick us up at any locations for our convenience after we visited any tourist spots. Lastly, our airport transporter was quick to check his car before we left and returned back my daughter’s handphone. The person in charge for transport arrangements, Chloe was quick to answer questions that we decided to use your service

Your reservation for the activity is confirmed in just one minute! The cruise wasn't originally in my plans, but I had some free time in the middle of the day, so I booked it on the spot while looking for something to see. I didn't realize I needed to reserve a seat, so I bought an unassigned ticket, but I still only had to wait about 30 minutes before boarding. It seems they assign people without reservations to a spare boat, and it was actually better than I expected. I liked that I could go on the day without a reservation—even though booking is required—and see the activity with such a short wait. The price wasn't much different, and it was a very satisfying activity.
