Tip for Koreans When you land at Shenzhen Airport, you will see a sign directing you to the ferry bus at Gate 16. Take the M590 bus from the bus stop. ## Caution ## If this is your first time traveling to China, there is a high possibility you haven't gotten used to Alipay yet. It is probably best to just prepare 2 yuan in cash. We only had 100-yuan bills and couldn't properly link our Alipay account, so we were fumbling around. However, another police officer just tapped our card for us. (I am posting this review because I am so grateful for this.) The journey takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes. It tends to be quiet, so arriving about 30 minutes beforehand shouldn't be a problem. If the ferry departs on time, you will arrive in Macau between 60 and 70 minutes later. Have a pleasant trip!

It was fine. 4 OUT OF 5. Oveall it was nice experience. There was some need for improved communication skills.of driver as they could.not speak english. I had booked 2 taxis. One driver managed english with the help of google translator. Overall i am satisfied. Travelled on 28 sep. With 8 family members.

We took a transfer from our Shenzhen hotel to Hong Kong. The return trip was by train. I can definitely say that choosing a transfer is the most optimal and convenient way to get to Hong Kong, taking into account border crossings. You literally get out of the car for 5-7 minutes and that's it. Taking into account two checkpoints, the travel time is about 1 hour 20 minutes. What I didn't like and what definitely caused difficulties was communicating with customer support. When I asked when I would find out the car's registration number, I received the answer "wait." By evening (we were leaving in the morning), I still hadn't received any concrete information. After contacting customer support again, they messaged me on WhatsApp. But the messages they sent there are still showing as "time required to send." To all subsequent questions, support responded with "You have been answered on WhatsApp." When I asked to send the number in a message on trip.com, it took... an hour!!!!! of communication with customer support, and only then did they send the car's registration number. Be prepared for this.
