Konrad was our driver and our guide. He made the activities interesting and fun. We were a small group, which was nice. We had time to explore a few places on our own and have lunch. The Monastery with the Black Madonna was beautiful. The dairy tour was interesting; they give you a yogurt they make, (I do not like yogurt), but it was very good, I ate the whole container. At the end, you have 4 different cheese tastings with wine or soda. The Lindt tour, be prepared to taste chocolate! This was a fun tour, glad we took it and would take it again.

Booking the Swiss Travel Pass on Ctrip was very convenient and even offered discounts. After booking, I printed out the QR code and carried it with me, and also downloaded a backup app on my phone. This made it very easy to have the ticket inspector scan the QR code when I encountered a ticket check. The pass was a bit pricey when I bought it, but the benefits were incredible. It allows unlimited travel on trains, buses, subways, boats, and cable cars (some offer discounts), and free admission to museums, making my trip to Switzerland incredibly convenient. I encountered ticket checks on trains, buses, and boats, so don't take chances; always buy a ticket.
