Bought the pass for both arrival and departure at Hanoi. Heard that arrival usually takes up to 2hrs but it was alright when I arrived but departure queues were wayyyyyy too long even up till security checks. I'm so glad I got this pass to skip all the queues.

The airport was extremely crowded during peak season, but thanks to the fast-track service, I was able to enter the country quickly. Seeing the regular immigration line, I realized choosing this service was a truly excellent choice. The instructions were clear and the process was smooth, so there was no unnecessary waiting. We had a great time. We were picked up from our hotel, taken to the pier, and put on a boat with everyone else. We visited three islands where we snorkeled. It was quite beautiful. It was a bit boring, but the guys were great; they did their best to make the guests feel comfortable. I recommend it.

We had a great time. The hotel provided a roundtrip transfer. The boat is very nice, with nice furniture. The staff was friendly. The food was delicious. The alcohol was good. There was a wonderful view of Nha Trang at night. I highly recommend this excursion. You won't regret it. It leaves a lasting impression.


