Only in countries like this can there be a market for this kind of business. This country's efficiency is extremely low; a visa that should normally be processed quickly took a long time. I really want to give this Vietnam e-visa agency a five-star review this time!
I originally applied for a Vietnam e-visa on August 31st, thinking it would be enough time. However, it coincided with Vietnam's National Day holiday, which affected the visa processing time. My departure date was fast approaching, and I was extremely anxious, worried that the visa delay would disrupt my entire trip.
In desperation, I found this e-visa agency through Trip. After contacting them, the customer service quickly understood my situation and clearly explained the required documents and processing method. The entire communication process was very efficient, which greatly relieved my anxiety.
Most commendable is that, despite the tight timeframe, they completed the processing in about 3 days and successfully obtained my e-visa the afternoon before my departure!
I breathed a huge sigh of relief when I received the visa, and was able to travel to Vietnam as planned the next day.
This experience taught me that when dealing with urgent visa applications, besides speed, the most important factors are "whether someone responds promptly, is willing to assist in confirming the progress, and can handle the matter well." From initial consultation and document verification to finally obtaining the visa, I was extremely satisfied with the overall service.
