It was a bit expensive compared to their usual ticket prices, but we didn't have any problems with entry or exit. Tickets were sent before the tour, and they called and messaged us. They are a helpful tour company, and overall we are satisfied.★

The hotel is very close to Rome Termini train station. There's a Chinese restaurant next door called Wangxianglou (or something similar), their boiled beef is pretty good. There's also a motorcycle rental shop; I have a license, so I rented a Vespa for 3 hours for 45 euros, it was a lot of fun.
The hotel is typical European style, the rooms are quite small, and the elevator is especially small. But the facilities are decent, and the cleanliness is acceptable.★
