The whole trip was very satisfactory. Yesterday, I decided to go to Mount Fuji today. The small group was gone. I was a little worried about the quality of the group, but the customer service was very professional and patient from the beginning of the reservation, helping us determine the itinerary and answer in time. This morning, the tour guide Ling came very early and took the bus after the collection. The driver is Japanese, very kind, and will greet politely every time he gets on and off the bus. Focus on our tour guide, Ling guide is friendly, language humor, vivid and interesting explanation, strong interactive problems thrown, the whole trip is easy and pleasant. And Xu guide is understandable to eat, the recommended food is simply great, listening to Xu guide is right! In addition, we missed the octopus balls. Ling guide helped us bring a copy back. It was really intimate. The return trip also introduced other punching places in Tokyo. The day trip was increased. Even if the group has been scattered, I still answer my questions in the group.★

I had such an amazing trip to Mount Fuji! The weather was absolutely perfect that day, Mount Fuji looked so clear and majestic. I was able to take beautiful photos at every single spot. Truly one of the best views I’ve ever seen!
Special thanks to Dragon, our travel guide, who shared so much interesting information about the history of Mount Fuji. It made the experience even more meaningful and not just about sightseeing.

Just a small suggestion for next time, it would be great if there were some light snacks or complimentary drinks provided, especially for guests who didn’t prepare anything, since the trip doesn’t include a formal meal time in the schedule.

It was a great experience to see lovely lakes , shrines and towns around mount fuji. It was raining and cloudy and we were not able to mount Fuji. The overall experience was great. Our tour Representatives Mandy was great with a lot of knowledge of the tour and gave excellent service. Give 5 stars for Mandy
