Overall, this day trip was excellent! Great value for money! Our guide, Ah Xiong, was conscientious, responsible, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable, exceeding our expectations. Deserves a 5-star rating! The itinerary was tailored to our age, minimizing waiting time and walking, and providing detailed descriptions of all the sights. He was incredibly attentive throughout, engaging in lively conversation and providing vivid and engaging descriptions of the natural scenery, including local customs and traditions, making the rain-shrouded landscapes come alive. The day trip was short, but the scenery of Zhangjiajie, the Ctrip platform, and our guide Ah Xiong made it unforgettable. We'll definitely come back again sometime.★

The views cannot be described... these places are all a must visit!!! Thanks to our great tour guide Trevor we manager to enjoy the best spots in all locations... he knew the bits of history behind these areas and shown us all the best spots for photos. Very good English speaking young guy, very polite and helpful. Both the tour and the guide that accompanied us have been perfect!!★

Our guide, Mr. Wang, did an excellent job arranging the itinerary and lunch, and his explanations were also quite good. The glass bridge and the Grand Canyon were stunning and well worth a visit. The 2-kilometer hike through the canyon wasn't too difficult for us two older folks, but climbing the stone steps from the final dock back up to the surface was absolutely grueling. It's strange that they didn't install an elevator. Also, the transportation was very disappointing. It was a seven-seater vehicle, and we happened to be seven people in total (1 driver + 5 group members + 1 child of the driver). The middle three seats felt too cramped and very uncomfortable. It only improved after the child got off halfway through the journey.★
