As expected of Zhangjiajie, it really is amazing. The guide was kind, but the schedule was so tight that it felt like we rushed through everything. Maybe because it's a tourist spot, the food prices were astronomical. Aside from the teahouse and restaurant the guide took us to, everything was excellent. The best part was that, just as they emphasized the VIP package so much, we didn't have to wait for the bus during transfers—that was the best. I highly recommend it just for the bus waiting.★

My friend and I had a truly wonderful experience with this tour.
The itinerary was very well selected and thoughtfully planned. We really appreciated how flexible it was — Jason adjusted the schedule according to the weather, yet we were still able to visit all the main highlights without missing anything. The locations were beautifully chosen and perfectly organized.
At every destination, Jason provided interesting explanations, historical insights, and engaging storytelling. His English is excellent, very clear and easy to understand. He also has such a bright and cheerful personality, which made the whole trip feel even more enjoyable and lively.
We especially appreciated how he always tried to give us the best possible experience. At the Bailong Elevator, he helped us get a spot closer to the glass so we could fully enjoy the breathtaking view. On the train, he guided us to sit in the best position to admire the Zhangjiajie mountain scenery. These thoughtful details truly made a★

We had an amazing time with our guide, Jupiter! He led us through each place well and made sure we never felt rushed or like we were missing out on any nice views. A guide is definitely recommended as YuanJiaJie is difficult to navigate on your own~★

A truly excellent tour guide! To be honest, I encountered many scams along the way in western Hunan, but I guess the tourist attractions have no choice but to tolerate them. However, today I met a breath of fresh air – our guide, Achong. He's very genuine, speaks his mind, never complains, doesn't try to sell anything, and doesn't push sales. He dedicated himself to explaining the history, culture, and attractions throughout the trip. He hasn't been in this profession for very long, and I hope he stays true to his original aspirations, helping more people appreciate the beautiful scenery and the local customs. Keep it up!★

It was a fantastic excursion, even though the weather wasn't great—it was cold and cloudy—but Asher, our guide, was wonderful. There were three of us: a Brazilian couple and myself. The transportation was in a comfortable van, and Asher and the driver were very punctual. Asher helped us buy tickets, took us to the glass bridge, and we did various activities at the Grand Canyon. Then, on Tianmen Mountain, he climbed Heaven's Gate (999 steps) with us, and at the end, he took us back to Zhangjijie. We had lunch at a restaurant Asher recommended—a 10 out of 10!★
