Our one-day tour of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park was a fantastic experience! Our handsome tour guide, Liu Kun, provided incredibly attentive service, taking meticulous care of every member of our group. He patiently accompanied us throughout the tour, explaining each attraction, and even bought us delicious oranges. He also chatted with us about the interesting customs and traditions of western Hunan. We absolutely must give Liu Kun a five-star rating! Our one-day tour of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park provided us with an amazing travel experience!★

Overall, this day trip was excellent! Great value for money! Our guide, Ah Xiong, was conscientious, responsible, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable, exceeding our expectations. Deserves a 5-star rating! The itinerary was tailored to our age, minimizing waiting time and walking, and providing detailed descriptions of all the sights. He was incredibly attentive throughout, engaging in lively conversation and providing vivid and engaging descriptions of the natural scenery, including local customs and traditions, making the rain-shrouded landscapes come alive. The day trip was short, but the scenery of Zhangjiajie, the Ctrip platform, and our guide Ah Xiong made it unforgettable. We'll definitely come back again sometime.★

I'd like to thank the organizers for a wonderful tour! First and foremost, for providing us with the best guide! Jason was very professional, spoke excellent English, and provided engaging and detailed route descriptions along the way. I'd also like to point out that the guide structured our route in such a way that we mostly avoided large crowds wherever we went. We only had to wait in lines briefly at the end of the tour while descending the mountain. The trip left me with only positive impressions. Jason answered all our questions easily and was friendly and approachable. With such a guide, we'd definitely return to Tianmen Mountain again!
My only complaint: the tour description mentioned a transfer. The transfer wasn't provided, but it didn't seem necessary, as the tour starts with getting to the cable car, and then all transportation is by cable car, local buses, or escalators. This is a minor detail in the overall picture.★

It was a truly amazing trip, practically private, by car for three people! Excellent organization! Wonderful Chinese female guides were provided along the route; we communicated seamlessly through a translator! A surprise included a sumptuous lunch! Fantastic towns with their own unique culture! I want to express my gratitude to our travel agent Sally for a perfectly organized excursion to the mountains! Everything went at the highest level - from planning to the walk itself.
Separately, I would like to note her attentiveness and care for us throughout the route. She was always there, helped in difficult moments, supported and created a very comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Thanks to her, we felt confident and calm, even on difficult sections of the road.
You can see that a person really loves his work and treats work with soul. This made our trip not only beautiful, but also truly memorable.

Our guide, Zuri, was excellent. She was friendly yet professional. She took care to keep us well informed about the various parts of the 2 trips. She took health and safety seriously ensuring we were aware of slippery steps etc. The 2 days were superb with jaw-dropping scenery. The fact that a lot of the time the peaks were partly covered in a foggy mist, that made the experience beautifully surreal. The driver was professional and punctual. The other group members were friendly which also enhanced the experiences. So thank you Zuri and everyone.
