Overall, this day trip was excellent! Great value for money! Our guide, Ah Xiong, was conscientious, responsible, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable, exceeding our expectations. Deserves a 5-star rating! The itinerary was tailored to our age, minimizing waiting time and walking, and providing detailed descriptions of all the sights. He was incredibly attentive throughout, engaging in lively conversation and providing vivid and engaging descriptions of the natural scenery, including local customs and traditions, making the rain-shrouded landscapes come alive. The day trip was short, but the scenery of Zhangjiajie, the Ctrip platform, and our guide Ah Xiong made it unforgettable. We'll definitely come back again sometime.★

Eventhough the weather was not on our side for this guided tour we still had a great time imagining what we could've seen all thanks to our social and engaging tour guide Mira. She was always smiling and had a positive attitude which made the difference. She made a dreary rainy cold day into an engaging and fun experience. Our tour guide (Zhou You Tianxia's guide, Qin Zhanghui) was exceptionally good and easy to get along with. He was always dedicated and the itinerary was very flexible. We could stop whenever we wanted, take our time to appreciate the scenery, and linger longer in places we truly enjoyed without feeling rushed. He was incredibly knowledgeable; truly, there wasn't a question he couldn't answer. He also provided complimentary fruit and drinks, for which we were very grateful.
