I can't thank Amanda enough. She was punctual with the pickup and her service was impeccable. We were a group of six friends, and one of them wasn't feeling well that day, but Amanda was attentive the whole time and even went to the pharmacy and got him some fantastic medicine. She was professional, very organized, and recommended an amazing restaurant during the tour. Thank you for everything, Amanda!★

As expected of Zhangjiajie, it really is amazing. The guide was kind, but the schedule was so tight that it felt like we rushed through everything. Maybe because it's a tourist spot, the food prices were astronomical. Aside from the teahouse and restaurant the guide took us to, everything was excellent. The best part was that, just as they emphasized the VIP package so much, we didn't have to wait for the bus during transfers—that was the best. I highly recommend it just for the bus waiting.★

I had an incredible day at Tianmen Mountain, and it was all thanks to our guide A-Qi. Navigating the cable cars, escalators, and changes the group wanted to make to the itinerary, he knew exactly where to go and shared fascinating stories about the 'Heaven’s Gate' and the glass skywalks★

Overall, this day trip was excellent! Great value for money! Our guide, Ah Xiong, was conscientious, responsible, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable, exceeding our expectations. Deserves a 5-star rating! The itinerary was tailored to our age, minimizing waiting time and walking, and providing detailed descriptions of all the sights. He was incredibly attentive throughout, engaging in lively conversation and providing vivid and engaging descriptions of the natural scenery, including local customs and traditions, making the rain-shrouded landscapes come alive. The day trip was short, but the scenery of Zhangjiajie, the Ctrip platform, and our guide Ah Xiong made it unforgettable. We'll definitely come back again sometime.
