Excellent communication with clear instructions and took the stress out of arriving to Noi Bai airport. A well organised & speedy team who were able to answer all my questions regarding arrival as we were travelling with children. We completed immigration procedures so fast our luggage hadn't even come out on the carousel yet. Highly recommend this service!

I was worried because I heard that immigration took so long, but I made a reservation because I was arriving early in the morning and had my parents and children with me. It was great because I was able to enter the country quickly. However, I ended up having to wait in line for luggage inspection after coming out, and I ended up coming out just like everyone else. If you are arriving early in the morning and have elderly people and children, it's better to make a reservation.

The staff contacted me immediately to confirm the details, and upon arrival, they were waiting for us with a sign with our names. It was truly the best thing you could ask for after a long flight. Passport control took us no more than 5 minutes. Our vacation started off great. We plan to use it on our return trip, and I also recommended it to a friend. Thank you!
