How to use
After the reservation is successful, a confirmation slip will be sent to your email. Follow the confirmation slip and go to the 4th floor of Sydney Tower on time to show the confirmation slip to check in.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 7 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 7 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
1. Each guest's Dining Time is limited to 1.5 hours. Please enter the restaurant 10-15 minutes in advance according to the time on the confirmation slip and present the electronic confirmation slip; 2. When entering the restaurant, please cooperate with the staff to open the baggage for security check; 3. For less than 10 people (including 10 people), Sydney Tower Buffet Restaurant stipulates that only booking "buffet with soft drinks" can guarantee that guests sit together. If you don't mind sitting separately, you can order a buffet without soft drinks. Please provide the names and phone numbers of 2 reservation persons when making a reservation;
4. Please note that Sydney Revolving Restaurant will charge an additional 15% during the following Australian public holidays.
