Meeting point: Report to Bolgheri Vineyard Resort & Spa. If you choose the package with city transfer, the pickup will be from Pullman on the Park Hotel. Hot air balloon ride: Passengers can participate in the setup and inflation of the balloon with the staff, which is a very unique experience.

Packing Up the Hot Air Balloon: After landing, passengers can assist the crew in packing up the hot air balloon, making the entire process quite enjoyable.
Breakfast: The hot air balloon ride staff will return you to the meeting hotel for a champagne buffet breakfast (available for package with meals only)
The entire experience lasts approximately 3.5-4.5 hrs. Participants are usually returned to the meeting point for independent dispersal between 9-10AM. If the itinerary includes transfers, guests are typically returned to Queen Victoria Market or Federation Square between 10:30-11:30.
Please be sure to check the flight status one day in advance to confirm whether the next day's operations are proceeding as scheduled and verify the specific pickup time.
Children aged 6–12 can participate. Infants cannot participate. Fees include free admission for infants (no seat provided).

Shuttle service between the city's Pullman Hotel and the winery (only for packages including transfers). Flight confirmation procedure: Please download the hot air balloon company's app or sign in to the hot air balloon website the day before your flight to check if the flight will proceed as scheduled the next day by entering your flight date and location. For packages including transfers, the pickup time will be displayed.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available more than 7 days before the departure date. Cancellations made 7-4 days prior will incur a 50% fee of the booking amount. Cancellations within 3 days of departure will incur the full booking amount. If the trip is canceled by the company due to weather conditions, a full refund or rescheduling is available.
