Since I was traveling with a baby, I thought a full-day tour would be too tiring, so I booked a half-day tour, and I'm so happy with it! I was worried because I didn't know English, but the guide spoke a little Korean, so it was great that he took care of us and explained things to us separately!! The sudden rain in Vietnam was a bit difficult, but the guide kindly helped us through the dangerous roads and looked after us!! We didn't feel rushed and had plenty of time to explore, so we were able to see everything to our heart's content.★

I was able to enter the country really quickly, and I really liked that they answered all my questions right away so kindly and quickly!! I had a bit of a problem during immigration, but they handled everything and even shared solutions, which was really great. I highly recommend them!!★

Excellent, they met me at the beginning of the passport control line. They led me by the hand to the designated lane, and everything went smoothly. I definitely recommend it, especially for those without luggage. It's also convenient with luggage, and while I waited, I drank tea and exchanged currency, and had a comfortable time! I highly recommend it!★

This isn't my first time here. Pros: everything is clear, they even speak Russian; there's a cafe where they deliver for free, there's a small water park; there are children's pools. There's good Wi-Fi on site. Cons, but this has nothing to do with the organization itself: if you leave at 5 PM, getting there and calling a taxi is impossible!★
