The trip was well-organised, starting and finishing on time. Our bus driver/tour guide, Russel, demonstrated his superb expertise by blending great driving and comprehensive local knowledge, with subtle humour and wit. The Milford Sound cruise and buffet lunch continued along this vein, making the trip a wonderful experience. While the overall coach conditions were satisfactory, more seat cushioning would improve comfort levels, given the extended times of the return trip. Well Done.★

Our driver, Baba, was incredibly dedicated. Throughout the trip, he diligently shared information about the sights, local history, and even vividly recounted Maori mythology. The journey was long, but his earnest and responsible sharing made the trip anything but boring.★

We really enjoyed the bus trip there with our driver Shailendra who was very informative, insightful and fun. The cruise had some beautiful scenery despite the weather not being as good. The bus ride home was very long and quite a long day on the whole was the only downside for us but enjoyable experience on the whole.★

Although a bit pricey, it's still highly recommended! The driver is reliable and looks like Bruce Willis. He was very punctual in picking up passengers at the agreed location. The entire trip was scenic, with multiple stops for rest and photos, making it so much easier than driving myself!★

It was the day when I could see dolphins, seals and penguins. It allowed me to see the waterfall in front of me. Warm tea was free when it was cold, and other snacks were also available. I think the version of the whole nature is better than the package for eating. If you get motion sickness, you shouldn't forget to take motion sickness medicine 30 minutes ago!
