This was an amazing experience. It was snowing, so we weren’t sure what we were going to be able to do. Although a few things were closed, our tour guide made it the best day ever for us. We agreed that this was one of our favorite days on our entire trip to Europe. We were very impressed with the kindness, respect, fun attitude, and overall positive experience we had. There were surprises along the way, and it was absolutely stunning outside. Because of the snow, our tour bus was one of the only ones on the mountain, creating a magical experience for us. Despite the snow, we still had a really fun day. Our tour guide also based the day off of our wants and needs, so it never felt like we were just sitting around for nothing.★

This is not a cruise that goes around the lake. It goes to Bürgenstock and back. Thanks to a review from one gentleman, we got off the boat and took the furnicular up Bürgenstock resort and had one of the best cocktails. We didn't get window seats in the restuaurant as they are reserved for hotel guests. But we still enjoyed the lake view from there. The boat ride was very smooth. The crew was helpful. We got the furnicular tickets from them. We got the front row seats on the boat so the view was awesome!★

The trip itself was fantastic and our guide Gabriel was brilliant. unfortunately he was let down by the transportation. The coach broke down 20 mins into our journey and we had to sit and wait for a replacement to arrive. The replacement was smaller and not as nice and also made awful knocking and griding sounds every time we waited at lights or junctions. It sounded like it was going to blow up. Gabriel did amazing to get us there and back although unfortunately we lost about an hour in Lucerne so didn't get to spend as much time seeing and doing everything we wanted. No partial refund was offered for loss of time. The trip overall was fantastic and I would recommend.★

Overall, it was pretty good, except I was six or seven minutes late for the bus, which cost me an extra 50 euros as I had to take another tour group's bus. That was partly my fault. The tour guide from the other group was very lovely and patiently helped me get to my group. Overall, the trip was great! The scenery was beautiful!
