I was able to enter the country really quickly, and I really liked that they answered all my questions right away so kindly and quickly!! I had a bit of a problem during immigration, but they handled everything and even shared solutions, which was really great. I highly recommend them!!★

Excellent, they met me at the beginning of the passport control line. They led me by the hand to the designated lane, and everything went smoothly. I definitely recommend it, especially for those without luggage. It's also convenient with luggage, and while I waited, I drank tea and exchanged currency, and had a comfortable time! I highly recommend it!★

We're so glad we used this service. After paying on trip.com, they contacted me within 10 minutes via WA (even though it was already late in Vietnam). They clarified all the details: the number of people, passports, and arrival details, and provided instructions. On the day of arrival, they met me in the border area. The entire process took literally 10 minutes, through a separate window. The overall queue was quite long. Thank you for such a great service!★
